Hooray! For those of you busy making plans at home, we’ve got more information for the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival for you today!
The Festival Center is something of a home base during the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. While it’s home to Festival merchandise, the Back to Basics series, bottle signings, and more, there are also new options coming to the Festival Center this year that we want you to know about! (These are in addition to that new Mimosa Bar that we can’t wait to learn more about!)
Junior Chef Kitchen presented by Krusteaz®
While we’ve know that the Junior Chef Kitchen presented by Krusteaz® would be joining the Festival this year, now we have dates and times for this new event, which will welcome kids to make pancake creations under the guidance of a Disney Chef!
Check our Seminars and Demonstrations page for dates, times, and more information for the Junior Chef Kitchen!
Festival Center Stage Presented by Joffrey’s
Visit the new Festival Center Stage Presented by Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company®, which will present the process that goes into creating your cup of joe.
Guests will have the opportunity to purchase select bags from Joffrey’s Specialty Disney Coffee Collection, too! (Look for Disney Mickey’s 90th Anniversary Blend among the choices!)
Returning to the Festival Center
Of course, you will be able to continue to pick up your Festival Passport at the Festival Center (as well as other locations around Epcot). Ditto for the Mini Festival Gift Card on a wearable wristlet, which can be activated for any amount at $15 and up.
Back to Basics will return as well! Find dates and times here, and stay tuned for information on the 2018 presenters for these Seminars!
Be on the lookout in your daily Times Guide for Book Signings and Meet & Greet opportunities with authors and industry personalities! Bottle Signings will happen in the Festival Center again, as well.
More returning experiences include The Chocolate Experience: From Bean to the Bar Hosted by Ghirardelli® Chocolate Company (including chocolate samples!).
And, of course, you’ll be able to grab Festival merchandise and visit the Festival Wine Shop as well.

The Festival Center will open at 9:00 am daily throughout the Food and Wine Festival. Will we see you there?!

Libby says
Is it a definite that Festival Tasting Sampler is not returning this year?
Libby says
Did you ever find out for sure if they canceled having the “Festival Tasting Sampler” this year?
Mark says
Yes, we’ll be there often.
DFB Sarah says
Libby, the Tasting Sampler is still up in the air. Last year Disney didn’t announce the Sampler until August 12 — just a couple weeks before Food and Wine began. So it’s possible we will see it released for 2018. Hope this helps!
Kenny says
Is there ever any mention of them doing the Rockin’ Burger Block Party again? It was out single most enjoyable experience of all our F&W trips.
Julie says
Any idea when the food booth menus will be released? Last year it was July 12th.
DFB Sarah says
Julie — still waiting!
Bob says
Yes, we have visit many times.
