This was fun to watch. Lots of opinions there….me…I won’t go back to Disney Springs. I used to like it there. Fun to walk around and see all the different Disney shops, with the big Disney Store towering over everything. Last time I went there…it was like a big city mall with too many corporate shops. It was hard to find the Disney Store. I was really disappointed.

I’ll reiterate what we said after the last video:
We will never stay on-site again. Ever. For your price differential of a regular vs. savannah view at AKL ($100), we rent a town house with 3br, 3ba, full living room and kitchen, and a private splash pool. We also can get to the touch points at all the parks with the exception of MK faster via our car than most people on site can get there using Disney transportation. That’s all for $100/night. I don’t think bloggers believe me when I say these things, but we’ve done it now 10+ trips.
On shoes, we really think it depends on what you are used to. Robin has back problems, so Vionic sandals are all she is comfortable wearing for a long period of time. She’s done a week+ in the parks on multiple occasions in Vionics, with nary a blister or foot problem once. Then again, she’s a beach girl who grew up either barefoot or in sandals. She even wears sandals on cold days in winter here in the mountains, much to my elderly mother’s frustration LOL. That said, we’ve seen people in the morning at MK in things like stiletto heels and (I kid you not) wooden shoes like those worn in Holland. We’ve always wanted to follow these people around to see just how long they would last LOL.

After my last trip (this past week), I can confidently say I’ll never eat at Be Our Guest again… a forced prix fixe meal, and VERY lackluster food made for a truly mediocre experience. I’ve also noticed they no longer fold the napkins into rosebuds, which I know is a small thing, but is Indicative of the decline in guest experience there…

I’ll never see great moments in history with the muppets in magic kingdom, or the story of coco in Epcot, or see a child pull the sword from the stone in magic kingdom.
