If you are a Disney World Annual Passholder and have plans to attend the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival, you’ll definitely want to know about your Festival benefits, which include complimentary gifts (TWO!), exclusive Passholder merchandise, limited Passholder Concert Seating for Eat to the Beat, and the all-new Thank You Thursdays!
Annual Passholder Gifts
There will be not one, but TWO complimentary gifts available exclusively to Annual Passholders! First, the Annual Passholder Chef Mickey Magnet will be available to pick up by all Annual Passholders by visiting the Festival Center. (Visit the theater across from The Chocolate Experience in the Center.)
Be prepared to have your valid Annual Pass card ready, along with showing your photo I.D. (Please note, at the 2018 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival, MagicBands were also scanned for the magnets — but plan to have your Annual Pass card along, too, per Disney!)
SECOND, there will be an Annual Passholder Chef Mickey Cutting Board available to Passholders upon their FOURTH visit to the Festival!
Just be sure to pay a visit to the Festival Center once you’ve entered the park for your FOURTH visit during the Festival (which runs from August 30th through November 12th)! Since visits are tracked on your pass, you need only visit the Center to pick up your gift.
Please note: Magnets and Cutting Boards will be available while supplies last.
Passholder Exclusive Merchandise
AND we have a peek at the Passholder-exclusive merchandise for this year! Note that some of the merchandise will be coming out in phases. Also, your best bets for finding the items will be the Festival Center and Mouse Gear.
Thursday, August 30: Releases will feature a Figment t-shirt and cinch sack, a beverage pitcher and 2 matching glasses featuring Figment and Minnie Mouse
According to the Mickey Monitor (a Passholder publication) the Pins below will release on August 30th as well.
Thursday, September 20: Releases will feature a Goofy raglan tee, a ladies fashion tee and 2 glasses featuring Mickey Mouse and a fun Festival tagline
Thursday, October 18: Releases will feature a Remy hoodie and Remy Tervis® drinkware
And, yes, a Dooney & Bourke bag will be among additional Passholder offerings. The Dooney & Bourke bag did not have a release date specified, so it may be among the items available throughout the Festival (while supplies last, of course). So, be sure to check early if you’re interested!
NEW Thank You Thursdays
Thank You Thursdays will offer Annual Passholders early-access shopping on select Thursdays throughout the Festival! From 8:00 – 9:00 am on the designated dates, attendees will be among the first to be able to purchase the newest Passholder-exclusive releases at Mouse Gear and The Festival Center.
The dates match the release dates listed for the merchandise: August 30th, September 20th, and October 18th. Be sure to have your Annual Pass and photo I.D. with you! (Registration is not required.)
Oh! And heads up… attendees shopping in The Festival Center will also be able to purchase Mimosas!
Eat to the Beat Concert Seating
[EDITOR’S UPDATE: Please note, this post has been updated to reflect that the Annual Passholder seating is for Eat to the Beat concerts through the month of September.]
Finally, a limited amount of dedicated seating will be reserved for Annual Passholders at Eat to the Beat Concerts in September!
Please note that reserved seating will be available for the evening’s concert from September 1 through September 30th on a first-come, first-serve basis. Interested Passholders should visit the America Gardens Theatre for a wristband. Wristbands will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be distributed up to one hour prior to the performance or until they have all been distributed for the day. As with all the other offerings listed here, you’ll want to be sure to have your valid Annual Pass card and photo I.D.

Maria Bombara says
This passholder is soooo excited for Food and Wine at Epcot!
Steve says
Love the Figment Passholder Pitcher and Glass. Gotta add those to my collection:) Any pictures of the Figment shirt and cinch sack? Thanks!!
Ellen says
What counts as a visit to the Festival? I’m hoping just getting scanned at EPCOT would work.
DFB Sarah says
Ellen, indeed simply being at Epcot counts!
Pam says
Just wanting to see if this can be confirmed but on the newsletter it say Eat to the Beat passholder seating is for September…Should I take that to mean they won’t have it in October?
Maureen Konen says
Wow!!! Super excited…looking forward to all the MAGIC coming our way!
DFB Sarah says
Pam, from what we’ve seen, Passholder seating is during September only. This could change, so stay alert! 😉
Jodie says
If you go to Epcot in the morning, leave and then go back at night, this that 2 visits or are they going by days ?
Pam says
Ugh I hope they have for October that would make Starship weekend that much easier lol
Stacey says
Hope they have lots of the cutting boards. Kids love cooking and this would be perfect for them and save me some money so I don’t have to buy them each one this trip. Really like figments pitcher and cup set. Did they say the cost? Have a feeling this is going to be an expensive trip
DFB Sarah says
Jodie, not sure about that one. I would expect they count that as one visit because it’s the same day…
Sharon says
Looking forward to our visit in October., especially as it is my birthday on October 18!
Ashley says
Is if 4 separate visits or would it count if we went in early one day and came back that evening after going to a different park? Just wanting to clarify so I can plan accordingly. Thanks!
DFB Sarah says
Ashley, the official word is four park entrances (separate visits). (Some cast members have said four visits to the Festival Center; we confirmed this is not the case.) Have fun!
Justin says
For those of you “like me” who did a google search to see if you can go 4 times in one day and get the cutting board it can be done. I went and picked up my magnet on the first visit of the day. Then I alternated between the two entrances three more times and it worked.
