Betsy, you may be able to go to the adjacent Main Street Plaza Ice Cream Parlor and request the shake. (The Plaza Restaurant’s ice cream treats are made at the Ice Cream Parlor.)

Jeff: the only way to get that beautiful shake as a snack credit would be to try to get it at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, where you would be able to use a snack credit. But whether or not they’ll make it at the Parlor is a question…
Rachel, the Plaza Restaurant is typically closed during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, so unfortunately, no.
Can someone please share the info for unlimited refill milkshakes? I have not heard of that.
