Happy Saturday! We’re back with another DFB Video for the weekend, and we’re taking you on a Food Tour of Disney World’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts!
Disney’s Yacht and Beach Clubs are sister resorts that share two very important things: Stormalong Bay (a 3-acre mini water park) and some fantastic dining options including a character meal, signature dining, and an old-fashioned soda shop. Join us as we take you through all the dining stops along the way at the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts!
And if you love this video, there’s plenty more for you to enjoy over on our DFB YouTube Channel!

Personally Yachtsmen is one of my favorite steakhouses at WDW — i found it so much better than Le Cellier in literally every way — food, service, atmosphere….at Le Cellier the service was terrible! And I know it’s WDW, but when i’m using two dining credits for a meal, I just have little patience for toddlers flinging their sippy cups onto my table…and there wasn’t a child in site at Yachtsmen both times I’ve gone.
Also, we’re DVC and try to stay at Beach Club as much as possible, and we love their little marketplace! They have some really good (albeit standard) hot food items. I really enjoy grabbing a quick hot breakfast here before heading to the parks. Totally agree re: Crew’s Cup — our family always stops here for pre-dinner drinks when we’re staying at Beach Club and there’s just something about it that is so charming.

I went to the Ale and Compass in March this year with my husband and we loved it! We had lobster and great service, it was one of the unexpected moments of our trip. It was near the end of a two week stay and we really appreciated the calm vibe of the place. Yes, it’s not going to knock your socks off with Disney magic, but I totally recommend it for a relaxing meal.

The cold brew coffee from the market at the Yacht Club is AMAZING. Best cold brew I have ever had. So smooth, you don’t need cream or sugar with it.

I know The Market at Ale & Compass has Coke Freestyle machines but does the Beach Club Marketplace have them too?
DFB Sarah says
Jess, last we checked, no.
