Fish and Chips is a staple dish at Disney Springs’ Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant and Cookes of Dublin (the counter service spot that’s Raglan-adjacent!). But what if you’re visiting the shopping district with food allergies? There’s a fish and chips for you!
Our Insta-pal @LostWithLacey shared some pics of a gluten-free and dairy-free Fish and Chips (with bonus Onion Rings!), and we had to share them with you, too! First: a pic of the standard Fish and Chips, which her husband ordered.
And now the piéce de resistance: the gluten- and dairy-free bites! Fried golden brown and served with drool-inducing chips!
In our experience, the gluten-free option is even crispier than the original!
Lacey also shared a pic of the Onion Rings she ordered here, and it just goes to show that there’s no such thing as too many fried foods in one meal. It’s a fact.
Thanks for sharing, Lacey! We love seeing the foods our readers are enjoying at the Disney Parks — so @DisneyFoodBlog us so we can check it out!
Traveling to Walt Disney World with a food allergy? My Disney Experience’s Mobile Ordering now has allergy-friendly ordering! Read all about it here!

Do you know the composition of the flour they use for their GF deep frying?
Or do I need to contact Raglan Road?
I am also allergic to rice as well as gluten intolerant.
DFB Sarah says
Gaylin, you’ll want to confirm with the restaurant ((407) 938-0300). Hopefully it’s a combo without rice flour!

By far the best GF fish fry I have ever had. Anytime visiting Disney Springs that is a go to place for me.

I recently tried Raglan’s fish and chips. They were great! They also can do many things on their menu gluten free! Made this Irish girl very happy!

Do we know the type of fish? A bit worrying that it’s just described as’fish’ but never a type of fish such as haddock or cod ?
DFB Sarah says
Alan, I don’t see any particular type of fish identified officially online. Here’s the contact info page for Raglan. They may be able to help if you reach out to them directly.
Judy says
it is Icelandic cod

I am desperately looking for the tartar sauce recipe. It’s not the usual pickle filled, sweet tartar sauce.
