History was made when Be Our Guest Restaurant was the first table service restaurant in Magic Kingdom to serve alcohol. (Magic Kingdom was previously a dry park.) Since that time, alcohol service has expanded to table service restaurants throughout Magic Kingdom.
It is important to note, though, that alcohol was served at Be Our Guest only during dinner.
However, that has now changed, as alcoholic beverages are now listed on the menu for breakfast and lunch as well. Alcoholic beverages at breakfast include a Mimosa and Be Our Guest Peach Bellini, among others.
Lunch offers all of the choices above, PLUS the following listed here as additional beer and wine selections.
Now, speaking of breakfast… a price change has also come to breakfast at Be Our Guest Restaurant. The meal was previously set at $25.00 for guest’s choice of entree (with fruit and a pastry selection), but has increased to $28.00.
It’s been a huge couple of days for changes all around Disney World, don’t you think?

Nearly $30 dollars for what amounts to essentially a Burger King croissain’wich and some generic mini-pastries from a Sysco pack is insane. They’re getting seriously greedy lately (Minnie Van flat fees escalating, charging for parking at resorts, & the priced-per-date tickets locked to specific days unless you pay a $100 bump…)
They’re betting too big on the appeal of Star Wars Land making people ignore it, but the tipping point is coming.
Kate says
Important question: If I am on the dining plan does the mimosa count as my drink??
Greg says
Since Breakfast is counter service, can you get alcoholic drinks with a meal plan?
Lisa R says
I’m ok with the addition of alcohol to the breakfast and lunch menus but I am sure others will not be. But, the price increase to $28 for breakfast? I understand alcohol is now included but it was overpriced to begin with. The only ones who will benefit are those who are on the dining plans…..and Disney’s bottom line.
DFB Sarah says
Greg, you should be able to, yes.
DFB Sarah says
Kate, yes.

Alcohol for breakfast….this should make a lot of alcoholics very happy. Walt Disney would have NEVER agreed to this idea, a dumb one at that. Keep the alcohol to dinner time.
Kendall says
Ooh a peach Bellini sounds like a fabulous way to start my day at MK!
Rhonda says
I agree must we start drinking so early?
Nancy S says
Just cancelled our Be Our Guest breakfast reservations for next month. It was expensive before the price increase, now it’s ridiculous.
Essie says
Well, I didn’t really like the idea of alcohol in the MK, because I thought it was good to keep at least this one park in the tradition of Mr. Disney. There is nothing wrong with adults enjoying a drink, but the problem is that some people, by the end of their day, will be walking as steady as a one year old that’s three hours late for a nap. Not good….not good at all.
Ross says
I’m intrigued by some of the comments effectively claiming having an alcoholic drink at breakfast somehow makes you an alcoholic. So if I have a single mimosa with breakfast at 10AM to celebrate the start of my vacation, vs another person who has 10 drinks at Trader Sam’s in the evening every night, I’m the alcoholic? Honestly, the only thing that makes you an alcoholic is an addiction. Let people live their own lives and worry less about other peoples choices and focus on your own. Everything is ‘pre-order’ at Be Our Guest, so its not really like anyone can enjoy more than 1 alcoholic drink at breakfast anyway – so there is really no chance of this encouraging some sort of Epcot Food and Wind weekend binge drinking, which is something entirely different.
Susan Lees says
Agree Ross. I’m going to enjoy a lovely fruity sangria with my breakfast in November. Hubby driving so make that two!
I do agree though that it does become a rather pricey breakfast but great value for us on the dining plan.
Deb Brown says
The idea of alcohol for breakfast in Fantasy Land in the Magic Kingdom is disgusting on every level. Now I wish I had not renewed my annual pass. Anything for a dollar!!! When will it stop?
Abby says
When I went to pre-order our Be our Guest lunch items, the question mark next to Have Disney Dining plan? check box opened and said a non alcoholic drink was included in the Disney Dining Plan. Is this a carry over from the previous years or is a Mimosa strictly out of pocket?
Jen says
Same question as Abby above.
