I agree the parks are becoming very homogenized. I remember a time not that long ago (late 90’s early 2000’s) when not only the parks but also the shops had more individualized merchandise. If you saw something you wanted you needed to buy it then or remember where you saw it, not just pop into the next shop. And there was definitely a greater selection of cooler, more unique souvenirs. Now it is the same merchandise in every shop and a lot of it is cheap (quality, not price) cheesy junk.
