Chef Wolfgang Puck just opened a brand new Bar & Grill in the Town Center of Disney Springs, and we were there to check it out on the very first day! The new space boasts classic and well-known Wolfgang Puck dishes along with lots of new items to check out, PLUS a walk-up window serving gelato and bakery sweets (not to mention gelato and sorbet COCKTAILS!) to Disney Springs guests even without an Advance Dining Reservation! Well, I would expect nothing but good things from Wolfgang. I have eaten from his restaurant in Niagara Falls(which closed due to I assume being too high end for the vacationing crowd?) to WP Express in DS and have never had a bad meal at any of his restaurants. Can’t wait to try in Jan!
