Just in time, we’re here to bring you the best kind of news: Epcot MARGARITA news!
Between La Cantina de San Angel and Choza de Margarita in Epcot‘s World Showcase, we’ve got new margaritas and menu changes to tell you about. Let’s dive in!
La Cantina de San Angel has three new flavors of margaritas on the rocks.
The first margarita on the list, La Cantina Classica, is made with Avion blanco tequila, orange liquor, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar. Price is $14.25.
While we were tempted by La Cantina Classica, we had to try the out-of-the-ordinary (and vividly-hued!) Patron Loco and Blood Orange flavors on our visit.
The Blood Orange Margarita is $15 and consists of Ambhar blanco tequila, orange liquor, a sweet and tart mix of blood orange, a hint of rum, and a Tajin chile-lime powder rim.
Ours was missing the Tajin rim, but aside from that, we found the Blood Orange Margarita to be perfectly tart and sweet. This is a great choice if you want something just a little more thrilling than a traditional lime margarita.
Patron Loco is $16.25 and features Patron blanco tequila, Ancho Reyes liquor, and chamoy lime and mango mix (salty, sweet, sour, and spicy).
Just like the description says, it’s definitely salty, sweet, sour, and spicy! The smoky, subtly spicy Ancho Reyes liquor goes nicely with the sweet mango, and the lime adds a great element of tartness. If you’re feeling adventurous, try the Patron Loco!
And that’s not all! In other Epcot margarita news, we noticed some menu changes across the way at Choza de Margarita.
At first, it looks like they have a whole new line-up of margs on their Signature Margarita list. But if you look more closely, you’ll see that most of them are the same with just a couple of ingredient changes and brand new names.
Smokey Jalapeno is now Fuego Verde
Lime Cucumber is now Piñata
Acan Grapefruit is now Mayan Mule
Passion Mango Frozen Margarita is now Mango Loco
But there IS one NEW margarita called La Choza Classica. And the Guava Pink Peppercorn margarita is no longer on the menu.
OK, all caught up on the margarita situation in Mexico? Great. See you there!

Is there any particular reason why this stand doesn’t accept the dining plan?

I had the La Cantina Clasica this past week. Smooth and great taste, highly recommended. So good I went back for a second one.

It cost me $25 to park my car, $125.00 to enter the park and $15 for a Margarita. Was it worth $165? Needless to say I’ll never return.

Have fun at Six Flags.
