Guests at Disneyland Resort will be able to ring in the Year of the Pig during the Lunar New Year celebration at Disney California Adventure!
From January 25 through February 17, 2019, Asian cultures will be celebrated with multicultural performances, fun activities, beautiful decorations, Asian cuisine, extra fun with Disney characters, and themed merchandise. In 2018, Lunar New Year celebrated the Year of the Dog, and 2019 will celebrate the Year of the Pig.
In honor of the Year of the Pig, the Three Little Pigs will make a special appearance in the returning “Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession,” a parade hosted by Mulan and Mushu.
As mentioned, FOOD will once again be part of the festivities, with Food Booth Marketplaces representing cuisine from China, Korea, and Vietnam. You can read all about the offerings from 2018 here!
Look for Lunar New Year offerings at Paradise Garden Grill, too!
