Hi, thanks for all the great advice! We will be travelling to WDW in 2019 (soooo excited!!!!). Could you do a review/comparison of the kids meals in the parks (with pictures!) to help families decide where to eat? Thanks so much. Wishing you a magical Christmas.
DFB Sarah says
Danielle, thanks for your suggestion! I shared it with AJ. 🙂 In the meantime, check out our YouTube channel, where we have some info about kids’ meals and places that are great when dining with kids!

Danielle, we are on it!
S Smith says
Where can we find out the Disney World resorts that will be under construction renovations iin the spring of 2019?
DFB Sarah says
S.Smith, you can check out all the Walt Disney World refurbishments here!
Andrew says
Do they still let you get 3 snacks for the equivalent of a meal credit?
DFB Sarah says
Andrew, as far as we have heard, yes!
D smitj says
Will they have the free dining plan in December 2019?
DFB Sarah says
D., it doesn’t look like it, but we never rule anything out. It appears that Free Dining has been moved up in anticipation of already massive fall crowds for Galaxy’s Edge.
Lisa says
We have the 2019 quick service dining plan for our scheduled trip. We have a nine-year-old, and an 11-year-old. Our nine-year-old will be required to eat off the kids menu. It appears for the most part that the same types of foods are offered for kids at every quick service restaurant. What is your suggestion? I wish that they would allow children to eat the same things as the adults, but just serve smaller portions. My kid wants more variety than just chicken nuggets, corn dogs, fries, etc. She really enjoys a wide variety of food, so when she sees what everyone else is eating, I am sure she will be disappointed in her Disney version of McDonald’s type food.
DFB Sarah says
Lisa, in our experience, kids can order from the adult menu with the Dining Plan. My daughter did multiple times on our last trip, and on our first night, a cast member at our resort specifically told us that she could without our even asking. The credits are all the same in the system. You might check with a cast member when you order or simply order the meal and apply the credits, but she should be able to order whatever she likes.
