A few more reminders from the initial announcement: Refills for the Steamboat Willie Popcorn Bucket will be available for just $1.00 through March 7, 2019. Note that the $1.00 refill is only good on popcorn buckets purchased on February 1 or after. You’ll need to show your Annual Pass in order to get this popcorn bucket, and there’s a limit of one per person per transaction.

It will only be available at popcorn carts in Disneyland and Disney California Adventure while supplies last, so it’s best to act fast.

Completely and totally bogus that they allow people to buy more than 1 per AP. Even worse that they are going for $60+ online.
Disney, you need to do a better job of this, especially when we pay so much fo APs!
