Disney Springs is the place to be right now! There are brand new menus, menu updates, sweet mini additions, new merchandise, a new store, sweets for your sweetheart, and even Easter treats!! 

There’s a brand new, fun, and interactive store in Disney Springs as well as a ton of other changes! See everything we found this week!

What’s New in Disney Springs’ Town Center

Amorette’s Patisserie

has jumped on the Disney Snack craze and welcomed back the Mickey Premium Bar Dome Cake!

The Polite Pig has added a lot of new items to their menu including:

• Burnt Ends BBQ Meatballs
• Smoked Turkey BLT
• Smoked Turkey Breast
• Kids’ BBQ Meatballs
• Kids’ Sliced Smoked Turkey Breast
• Bee’s Knees Cocktail
• Side Caesar Salad
• Seasonal Side
• Red Velvet Cake
• Orange Blossom Honey Cake is now the Orange Blossom Pie

To make room for all off these additions that means we’ll have to say goodbye to the following items removed from the Polite Pig‘s menu: 

• BBQ Sausage Hoagie
• Smoked Root Vegetable side
• Kids’ Smoked Half Hen
• Carrot Cake

And, menu changes aren’t the only thing going on at The Polite Pig! They are now selling their signature sauces in take-home bottles!

Sprinkles has some new seasonal cupcakes! Select from a Raspberry Chocolate Chip or the “Isn’t It Romantic” cupcake. The “Isn’t It Romantic” cupcake is a passion fruit cupcake topped with Meyer lemon frosting.

Even though they didn’t open that long ago, Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill has already updated their menu! You now find the following additions to the menu:

• Blue Cheese Truffled Chips
• Tortilla Soup
• Margherita Pizza
• Cuban Sandwich
• Burrata Cheese Ravioli
• Rigatoni
• Cavatappi Mac and Cheese

And, like Polite Pig, to make the additions, that means the following items have been removed from the menu:

• Tandoori Chicken Wings
• Fall Vegetable Soup
• Vegetable Pizza
• Porchetta Sandwich
• Italian Sandwich
• Pumpkin Ravioli
• Pappardelle
• Kids’ Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

What’s New in Disney Springs’ West Side

The West Side is buzzing with construction activity! Construction is coming along for Jaleo, Chef Jose Andres’ newest restaurant, opening soon in Disney Springs. We can’t wait to see this unique building complete and eat here! Learn more about the architecture and design of Jaleo here!

Jaleo isn’t the only newcomer to Disney Springs this year, the NBA Experience will open this summer — and that construction is really taking shape! Can you see the basketball players on the top of the building? See all the photos of the construction progress for the NBA Experience here!

The two Disney Food Trucks on the West Side are Springs Street Tacos and Fantasy Fare. You’ll find these between Starbucks and Bongos on the West Side.

What’s New in Disney Springs’ The Landing

Our visit to The Landing was so sweet this week! The Ganachery is ready to help you celebrate Valentine’s Day with what else but Chocolate! There are special Valentine’s Day Chocolate Pops, a Strawberries and Champagne Ganache, and a Raspberry Ganache. And that’s not all!

We said that wasn’t all! There’s also a Sweetheart Minnie Pinata filled with strawberry and classic marshmallows! Will you want to break that pretty pinata open?

And we’re still not done! There’s a heart powdered sugar version of their house-made s’mores, and there’s a Fondue for Two that comes with strawberries and marshmallows!

Need to share your feelings? Here are some fun treats from The Ganachery with loving messages!

Vivoli il Gelato has a new specialty shake, and this time it is based on the classic dessert — Tiramisu.  The shake blends tiramisu gelato with milk, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and lady fingers and it’s in a cup with a white chocolate dipped waffle cone! Sign us up!

If you prefer sundaes to shakes, February’s specials at Vivoli il Gelato are a Chocolate Turtle Brownie Sundae and a Red Velvet Oreo Sundae.

Something Big is happening at Joffrey’s! Their Giant Donuts have a new counterpart — mini donuts!

What’s New in Disney Springs’ Marketplace

BB Wolf’s has a brand new menu and we tried it out!

Goofy is ready for Valentine’s Day and Easter (!!). You’ve got to see everything we found at Goofy’s Candy Co. here!

Marketplace Snacks has been serving Dole Whip for a couple of years now, but they’ve mixed it up a bit now. You can now get pineapple juice by itself here, while before you could only get it as part of your Dole Whip Float (not that we ever complained about that)!

On our visit to Ghirardelli (which included a free sample) we welcomed back the Mickey Magical Sundae (you may recognize this as Mickey Birthday Sundae in November — click here to see photos and read our review).

If your sweetheart loves chocolate be sure to stop by here for Valentine’s Day because Ghirardelli is ready to help! SO MUCH CHOCOLATE! 

When we said so much chocolate we really meant it!

What’s New in Disney Springs’ Shops and Stores: New Merchandise

There’s a whole new store in Disney Springs! The Art Corner is fun, interactive store centered all things art from caricatures and fabric marbling to art supplies and coffee art! Learn all about The Art Corner in Disney Springs here!

Disney Springs has joined the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Resorts and now has their own reusable bag design! 

If you love “it’s a small world” there is so much new merchandise just for you! You can now don “it’s a small world” Minnie ears, carry a friendly tote, let everyone know you conquered the ride and so much more!

Fans of vintage style art work and advertising will love the new line of Classic Disney attractions t-shirts. All the most popular rides have a shirt in this new line from Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion to Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride and Cinderella Castle.
