You’ll find the new location in the Town Center of Disney Springs between Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza and Zara.

The Disney Ticket Center can assist guests looking to purchase, upgrade, or pick up will call tickets.

Note that things like dining arrangements and disability assistance will still be serviced through Guests Relations. Fortunately, there is a Guest Relations Center already in Disney Springs right nearby, and the new Ticket Center has a Guest Relations greeter present to direct guests to the correct spot accordingly.

Similar to Guest Relations, there is a digital queue you can join then receive a text when it’s your turn. (You’re also welcome to stay in the Center and wait if you prefer.) Mounted tablets provide digital visuals of ticket-buying options.
