If you’re staying at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel this season, hop on over to White Water Snacks for a cheerful and colorful Easter Bunny Cupcake!
This cupcake’s all about the details. First: the bunny ears made of sugar and tinted pink for added cuteness. 😉 Then, because #disney, there are two chocolate discs for ears and a perky white chocolate (tinted pink) bow to make it Minnie.
But check out those sprinkles because they’re also screaming spring! They’re bunny ears and ducklings!
It may come as no surprise that the cake here is carrot (Judy Hopps-approved, no doubt), and there’s no filling. But that huge dollop of buttercream (not cream cheese frosting, sadly) adds lots of sweetness to the moist cake.
This was a pleasant cupcake to eat, and if we’re burrowing in at White Water Snacks again anytime soon, we’d eat another! No word on how long it’ll stick around, but it can be yours for a limited time for $7 (plus tax).

Today, April 13, I went to buy 2 Easter bunny cupcakes. They had one left where the icing had slid half way down. I walked to the Paradise Peir and Disneyland Hotel and did not find the cupcake. That being said, I had a fabulous time finding eggs at the Eggstravaganza at both Disneyland and Disneys California Adventure. I felt great joy as I rode Space Mountain and Radiator Springs Racers. I visited with many characters at Minnie’s breakfast at the Plaza Inn. On Thursday, I travel to Walt Disney World for 5 nights at the Boardwalk Inn. Disney always delivers a magical experience.
