A new Table Service restaurant, Sebastian’s Bistro, made its debut at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort last October.
The waterfront restaurant (facing the resort’s Barefoot Bay) has seen some changes within its opening months. For instance, in January the spot discontinued its original lunch service.
Dinner service, of course, remained. Which brings us to the next change: a new menu is now available for dinner at Sebastian’s Bistro!
While the appetizer menu has been pared down a bit, the changes to the remaining dishes appear to primarily revolve around recipe tweaks, aside from the all-new Cuban Black Bean Soup.
The fan favorite Caribbean Beach Pull-apart Rolls remain, but with an Onion Jam replacing the Mango Chutney in the accompaniments.
Among the new entrée choices are Coconut Shrimp and Grits and a Red Stripe Fried Cod. And while the Caribbean Vegetable Curry remains, the Caribbean Goat Curry has been removed.
The Grilled Skirt Steak “Chimichurri” likewise remains; it’s simply called Grilled Skirt Steak now. And note that you can enhance your Dinner Main with a Lobster Tail.
All desserts on the menu are new — including that Classic Mile High Key Lime Pie — with the exception of the Warm Chocolate Pudding.
The Kids’ Menu, however, has not seen much change, with the focus staying on the Kids’ Create Your Own Meals with much of the same choices.
Ditto for the drinks, with both Specialty Cocktails and Mocktails presenting the same offerings as before.
The addition of Sebastian’s Bistro was part of a Resort-wide refurbishment which also delivered Centertown Market and a completely refurbished Banana Cabana pool bar. Check it all out in our DFB YouTube Video!

We are here last month and my whole family really enjoyed it. Would definitely go back. Great atmosphere, food and service. I am sad they did away with the dessert I had, it was amazing. It was the Banoffee Tart.

A review of the food on the current menu along with photos of the dishes would be great. I’ve got ADRs for early September at Sebastian’s and would like to change them if the food does not impress you. 😉
