Today, Disneyland released three new Toy Story treats to celebrate the release of Toy Story 4. We’ve already reviewed two of the treats for ya: Bonnie’s Boot Float and the Loop-de-Loop Sundae.
But now we’re back to review our third and favorite treat from the trio, the Carnival Cake.
We suggest skipping the sundae and heading straight for the Carnival Cake because it’s the exact same price as the Loop-de-Loop Sundae, has similar ingredients, but beats the sundae when it comes to flavor.
The Carnival Cake is a house-made fried funnel cake topped with fruity cereal and milk, whipped cream and raspberry sauce.
We loved the flavors of the toppings as they were all very light, so no one flavor overpowered another. And the funnel cake, like most Stage Door Cafe funnel cakes, was fried to perfection…so that always helps! (:
We REALLY enjoyed this funnel cake think it’s a total must-buy if you can snag it before it leaves since it’s a limited-time offering. You can find the Carnival Cake at Stage Door Cafe for $7.99 before using an Annual Passholder discount. With an AP discount, it’ll come out to $7.32.
