Another brunch option is joining the ever-growing list of Disney Springs brunches, my friends!
From Wine Bar George, Maria and Enzo’s, STK, Raglan Road, and more (don’t forget to read our Homecomin’ Brunch Review here! HUSH. PUPPY. BENEDICT. Y’all.), Disney Springs is THE place to be if you’re looking to get your brunch on.
House of Blues has been offering the Gospel Brunch for years (and will CONTINUE to offer this popular meal in its Music Hall every Sunday! Don’t worry!), but is diggin’ a little deeper to give music lovers what they want! According to a House of Blues press release, “beginning August 3rd, every Saturday and Sunday, House of Blues Restaurant & Bar will take Southern hospitality to a whole new level” with their Bayou Brunch.
This will feature delicious Southern goodies like biscuits and gravy, omelets, jalapeno and cheese cornbread, a carving station with roast beef and ham, and MORE!!
The full menu includes:
- Salads: southern salad, Caesar salad, fresh fruit, peel and eat shrimp.
- Breakfast: an omelet station, scrambled eggs, candied bacon, Andouille sausage, biscuits & gravy, and chicken & waffles.
- Lunch: chicken tacos, pork tacos, shrimp and crawfish etouffee, jalapeno and cheese cornbread, carving station with ham and roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, and seasonal vegetables.
- Desserts: Bourbon bread pudding, and other assorted desserts.
But, your tastebud party won’t stop there as there will also be bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys ($15) and a build your Old Fashioned bar ($12 each).
And no need to go wishin’ on a star, because this brunch will also feature live music from the Brown Bag Brass Band, who performs Jazz, Brass, and Dixieland selections.
This new brunch will begin August 3rd and will take place every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM -1 PM. The buffet is $33 for adults and $15 for children (3-9).
And get this!! You could even use a Disney Dining Plan Table Service Credit if you’d like…though the bottomless drinks won’t be included. 🙁

Do you know if they will take Tables in Wonderland?

Do you know if they will take Tables in Wonderland? That would make it a fantastic deal!!
DFB Sarah says
Tammy, Sunday Brunch is specifically excluded from Tables in Wonderland, so I’d expect the same to hold true here.
Nathan Knuffman says
Can you reserve this yet?
DFB Sarah says
Nathan, there are reservations available on those dates, but the official page on DisneyWorld.com doesn’t specific that it’s the Bayou Brunch. Probably best to call Disney directly to be sure what you’re reserving is, in fact, the Brunch.

DFB Sarah,
I had called last week and they said that as of now they are not taking any dining plan credits for this brunch.
DFB Sarah says
Thanks, Nathan!
