1) Despite claiming to dispel myths and rumors about the band, at 1:13 in the video you perpetuate a common rumor by making the statement that “all of that went onto that little magic band around your wrist”. No, it didn’t. A magic band is just an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip. It stores nothing. Nada. Nunca. All that happens is that when you tap it, the touch point reads the number on the RFID chip and then communicates with Disney servers to, for instance, tell the touch point “yes, this person has a fastpass for this time slot, illuminate green” or “no, they don’t, illuminate red (or whatever color)”. There is no way to reliably push all of your reservation, fast pass, and other info to millions of magic bands a year. And there is absolutely no reason to do so. It’s much easier to keep all that on a remote server and just use the number on the magic band to look up the stuff.
2) Despite claiming to dispel “myths and rumors” I didn’t notice you doing much or any of that in the video.

I purchase the guards that are used on FitBands to secure my Magic Band strap. While they usually stay on, if you catch the end of the strap, they can come undone and potentially get lost. Better safe than sorry!
