Opening day for Walt Disney World’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge arrives in just 44 days, and now Disney has released menus for the land’s sausage shop, Ronto Roasters!
Ronto Roasters is a walk-up window in the Marketplace section of Black Spire Outpost, the Batuuan village brought to life in Galaxy’s Edge. As the story goes, a pit-master droid turns a spit of ronto meat as it’s roasted by a repurposed podracer engine.
And what we learned from our visit on May 31 when the Disneyland location opened: ronto sausage (more commonly known on Earth as pork sausage) is tasty!
Now we know the breakfast and lunch/dinner menus at Ronto Roasters’ Florida location are nearly identical to Disneyland’s!
The signature Ronto Wrap will be available all day as well as Spicy and Sweet versions of the Nuna Turkey-Jerky.
Like Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland, breakfast adds two additional items to the all-day menu: the Ronto Morning Wrap and the Rising Moons Overnight Oats. (The Oats are available at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo and Oga’s Cantina, too!)
The three Ronto Roasters specialty drinks — the Sour Sarlacc, Meiloorun Juice, and Tatooine Sunset — are also on the menu and priced equivalent to the Disneyland menu at $5.49.
As for differences, at present, the Disney World menu does not show Black Caf regular coffee on the breakfast menu, and some of the standard beverage prices are slightly higher on the Disney World menu (but we know that there’s plenty of weirdness that can cause that).
Here’s the Disneyland Ronto Roasters Menu for comparison (click for larger image):
So, still a super simple menu..and we’re grateful. I still dream about breakfast ronto wraps at night and can’t wait until I can get one again!

Will this be a quick service menu for dining plan?
Ciara says
Is anything here going to be a snack credit, blue milk or any food items?
DFB Sarah says
Ciara, we’re still waiting on this info!
DFB Sarah says
Maria, we’re still awaiting DDP info for Galaxy’s Edge.
Jennifer Ashley says
Why the difference in water prices? the menu is 3.99 and the bottles in the tub has 4.25
Frank Carrillo says
I recommend the Ronto Roasters Morning Wrap and the Rising Moons Overnight Oats. Delish!

Jennifer, good question! The menu board price of $3.99 from Disneyland’s Ronto Roasters does not include tax, but the bottles sold in other areas of the land do include tax, hence the $4.25 price tag. We see this in Disney World, too, on some items sold in kiosks or carts vs. in permanent quick service locations.

No vegetarian options yet again at a Disney eaterie. Sad times
DFB Sarah says
Fred, yeah, the Ronto Wrap and Ronto Morning Wrap are not veg-friendly, but the Rising Moons Overnight Oats are vegetarian and pretty tasty. (You could also get the Ronto Morning Wrap with just eggs because the peppercorn sauce is really good.) Docking Bay has a great Ithorian Garden Loaf, and we’re hoping the Florida Docking Bay will add the Felucian Garden Spread to the menu, too.
