There has been a lot of construction going on in Disney World currently, especially the Magic Kingdom. With the Cinderella Castle Walkway and the Tron Coaster under construction, we weren’t surprised to see that Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe was getting refurbished. However, our favorite DJ went missing in the process. But, we have the best news…
Sonny Eclipse is back, baby!! And, he’s ready to roll out some tunes for all the guests in Tomorrowland.
Sonny Eclipse’s Stage
Sonny can’t help but be happy, since he’s back onstage for everyone to see. After all, he’s been performing in Magic Kingdom since 1995. And in case you’re not familiar with our favorite out-of-this-world entertainer, he traveled from Yew Nork City on Planet Zork to play the keys on his Astro-Organ for the humans visiting Disney World. He’s a pretty out-of-this world DJ, if we say so ourselves!

Adults, kids, and aliens alike love to get on the dance floor and groove to his 8 original songs, including “Planetary Boogie” and “Gravity Blues.” Even though his 27 minute set happens multiple times a day, we could listen to him sing and joke around for hours.

SO glad to hear this
I just saw him yesterday and my 6 yr old son was going crazy over him. I have no idea who he is and I’m pretty in tune with these kind of things. The restaurant was PACKED but nobody was making a big deal about it.

I’m so happy he’s back! Every time we go to the park, we make sure to get a seat for his show while we eat dinner. It wouldn’t be the same without him.
