Here is a first look at the what we can expect Epcot to look like in the next few years! Isn’t it stunning?! Disney is currently making major changes to the front of the park by removing the Leave a Legacy Monoliths, and closing or changing a few of their character, shopping, and dining locations in order to make this transformation possible.
Disney also released information on a new experience center in the Odyssey Events Pavilion, called Walt Disney Imagineering presents the Epcot Experience.
In this first-of-its-kind offering at a Disney park, guests will be able to “discover engaging and interactive exhibits that allow you to step inside the relentless innovation, energy, and excitement.” You will also be able to see never-before-released details about the future of Epcot. This all-new experience is making its way to Epcot October 1, 2019!!

So basically what was once “Communicore East and West” will now be at what was once Odessey Restaurant…..

John S, I read that as more Epcot-centric, rather than having booths from different companies. I think the “Communicore/Innoventions” stuff has been way to lame for years and really look forward to an update. On the concept sketch, one of the “communicore” buildings is still there. Don’t ask me if that’s east or west.
