AJ we completely agree with you. We consist of a family of three adults, so we tend to back away from the noise of some. Our favorites for Dinner (for adults) are Ohana, Boma, Cape May Cafe’ and Trail’s End. Thank you for the wonderful reporting as always.

Chef Mickey’s and Cinderella’s Royal Table definitely fall into the one and done category for us. They are must do at least once for kiddos but don’t rate a repeat visit in my opinion, although we seem to have had better character experiences there than you. And I think breakfast at Chef Mickey’s is the preferable meal. We did the Spirit of Aloha Luau once. The food was meh, except for the pork- we all agreed we each could have had an entire platter of just that and been happy. I also would have loved to have had the show pared down to just Polynesian dancing and more of it, although I’m sure many people enjoy the show as it is.

I want to add our family’s “BEST for a Swanky Treat!” – Sunday Brunch at the California Grill. We would never be able to talk ourselves into an $80 per person lunch (even with the endless Mimosa’s), but since we typically book the Deluxe Dining Plan, this brunch treat has become a MUST for us. Even on the standard Dining Plan, I’d say this is one of the better options to use 2 credits, because you aren’t limited to just an entree and dessert allowing you to really make the most of the meal.
One timing hiccup we would warn folks of though: if there is a RunDisney even going on, plan at least 2 hours to try to get there in the morning. Our last trip from Beach Club took 90 minutes! and we barely made the grace periods on our reservation time – Not a great way to start the meal or the day!

Two that we really disagree on are Tusker House and Spirit of Aloha. The food at Tusker is about the worst we’ve ever had at WDW, and that includes counter service. We did the “go to breakfast at the end so you can also eat lunch” thing. Sorry to report the food a lunch was no better than the food served at breakfast.
On the other hand, we love the food at Spirit. Tasty, plentiful, and barbeque 🙂
However, the interesting thing to us is that if you compare the food at Tusker and Spirit, at least to us, the food at Spirit is so much better than the food at Tusker that the food at Tusker isn’t even worth talking about.

I note that at 6:38 in this video you use an image you used for Paddlefish in the “7 Disney World Restaurants We Never Talk About…And Why!” video at 2:20. Exact same image. I’m guessing the image does not apply to Paddlefish, since Paddlefish isn’t a buffet. I find it very interesting that you use images to illustrate a certain restaurant that are not actually from that restaurant.
