We have already shared all of the cupcakes debuting for the month of August — but this yummy flavor took us by surprise. It’s also making us feel super nostalgic!
The Circus Animal Cupcake ($5.95) is a vanilla cake topped with strawberry buttercream frosting, rainbow sprinkles, and the original Animal Cookie by Mother’s®.

Sadly, this treat will only be available at Sprinkles in both Disney Springs and Downtown Disney from August 30th through September 1st.
At least we will still have our favorite Red Velvet and Black and White cupcakes to lean on once this limited-time option disappears. And we cannot wait to see what Sprinkles comes up with for the month of September!
