Guess what?! A BRAND NEW take-out dining location has just been announced!!
And it’s coming to Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort!
This holiday season, Asian Street Eats by Chef Hung Huynh will open! According to Disney, “this trendy take-out window will serve a flavorful variety of Asian dishes and will be located on the west end of the Downtown Disney District.
Chef Hung graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has worked with chefs like Chef Yuhi Funjinaga at Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs.
This location is a new concept created by Earl Enterprises, which has created other restaurants like Earl of Sandwich and Chicken Guy!
The menu will include “mixed rice bowls, scallion pancake wraps, pot stickers, kids’ meals, Japanese teas and sodas.” They’ll also have strawberry or mango mochi for dessert!
We really cannot wait to give this new location a try!!

Chef Hung Huynh opened a restaurant in my hometown, Palm Coast, Mamalings. First class, great cuisine, fantastic service, Disneyland is lucky to have Chef Huynh’s culinary skills. Bravo, Chef Huynh for another accomplishment!
