The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic takes place on November 8 and 9 on the Causeway, and with food and drinks from the 17+ restaurants and watering holes of the Swan and Dolphin, the Food & Wine Classic is a festive, delicious, and filling weekend. We love the Classic, and with dozens upon dozens of food and beverage items, entertainment, themed areas, and seminars, you’ll want to be sure you maximize your time.
Here we’ve got three tips for maximizing your visit to the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic!
Plan ahead!
The 2019 Food & Wine Classic offers ten beverage and food and wine pairing seminars, and these are a great addition to your visit. You can learn about Pasta Making, the Fine Art of Sushi and Sake, Craft Cocktails (see our review here!), and lots more!
But to be sure you can attend the seminar(s) you want, you’ll need to plan ahead. Click here for a full list of seminars that includes costs, dates, and booking info — and get your tickets locked down in advance!
Review the menus!
The food and beverage offerings at the Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic are outstanding — and you’ll want to know what you’re in for before you arrive. With everything from pasta to pastries, beef to beer, and seafood to sake (and more — the spread is epic!), there’s something for everyone.
We’ve got the full menu here — including dishes from the newly-announced Hang Ten area of the Classic! — so browse in advance, make a list of your must-try dishes and drinks, and come prepared to eat to your heart’s content!
Rest your head!
Want to be close to the action so you can fully experience the Food & Wine Classic? The Swan and Dolphin offer one-night and two-night packages that include a room and tickets. Staying close to the Causeway (the centerpiece of the Classic!) means you’ll be able to eat, drink, be merry, and roll back into bed without having to travel too far! Click here to find out more!
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is a really fun weekend packed with delicious food, fun drinks, and festive entertainment. And because it’s such a short amount of time to get in all those bites and sips, you’ll be glad you prepared in advance!

Hi AJ! I’m a bit confused as to your “menu” list for Food & Wine Classic and the one on the Swan/Dolphin website. It appears you have included some of the items that were from previous years that aren’t available in this year’s event. A few I noticed were the Jager Schitzel, brown butter lobster & fried chicken from Picabu. Can you please clarify whose list is accurate as we are going this year and making up our to-do list as you suggested! 😉 Thanks so much!

Hi, Brenda! Looks like they removed a couple of items and added two desserts. We’ve updated our menu! Have a wonderful (and delicious) time!

Thank you so much, Sarah! Sorry to cause you the trouble, just didn’t want to get too excited about items that wouldn’t be there ;-). I really do appreciate your help and thanks to your team for all the wonderful news you bring us…I’m a huge fan!
