Our journey through Arendelle Aqua treats continues! In case you missed it, Disney’s new color trend — Arendelle Aqua — debuted last week, and we’ve been checking out ALL the new snacks celebrating the Frozen-themed color (like the Arendelle Aqua Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake and Arendelle Aqua Sparkle Cupcake).

And now, we have ANOTHER treat to tell you about — the Arendelle Aqua Cotton Candy Eclair.

The dessert, which we found at the Grand Floridian Resort’s Gasparilla Island Grill, is a traditional eclair filled with cotton candy mousse and raspberry curd. It’s topped with white chocolate glaze, sugar sprinkles, and a white chocolate snowflake decoration.

As you can see, this eclair had a ton of cotton candy mousse, which was thankfully not too sweet. The raspberry curd underneath was our favorite part of the whole thing — it was delicious and offered a tart balance to the cotton candy mousse. We personally could’ve done without the white chocolate glaze on top, but it wasn’t bad!
