We have been anxiously waiting in anticipation for the opening of Disney’s new Beauty and the Beast-inspired Enchanted Rose Bar and Lounge!
And today, we’re happy to confirm that the location has officially soft-opened. So, step into this fairytale with us as we explore Disney’s newest dining addition!
Atmosphere
The lounge, which was previously Mizner’s Lounge, now has four uniquely themed spaces inspired by Beauty and the Beast.
The hours of operation are 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM. But note that food service doesn’t begin until 5PM as of right now.

The Signature Bar
This first space glows from the light of a stunning gold chandelier, which took its inspiration from Belle’s flowing ball gown.
You definitely get a feeling of movement along with the color of Belle’s dress in the chandelier! It seems like it’s twirling, much like Belle did around the ballroom with Beast. This definitely was our favorite part of the room as it felt both grand and fantastical!
The bar area feels very modern with its sleek marble bar tops and gold accents! More gold elements can be seen at the back of the bar where the liquor is being displayed.
The alcohol almost looks as if it’s floating thanks to the glass shelves!
We really enjoyed the pattern on the chairs at the bar. This brings in a different pop of color, which we appreciated!
The Garden Room
The Garden Room was inspired by the Enchanted Forest that surrounds Beast’s Castle!
The colors in this room are so rich! There is a long green bench that sits across from velvet chairs, and the seating areas are arranged to fit two people comfortably at a table.
The chairs are covered in an emerald green velvet with a nice floral pattern!
The tables are small, but comfortable for groups of two!
We love the rich green colors and the Enchanted Forest paintings on the walls.
But our favorite part of this room had to be the unique lighting elements!
The Library
The library showcases “classical baroque designs and French furnishings inspired by Belle.”
In the library, you may even spot our friends Lumière, Cogsworth, and Mrs. Potts.
You can tell that these two definitely took inspiration from the live-action version of Beauty and the Beast! They looked so real, that we expected them to begin speaking at any given moment.
You can’t have a Beauty and the Beast-inspired bar without a library, right? And every library needs books! That’s why in The Library room, you will find a quaint bookshelf filled with different trinkets.
At the center of the bookshelf is a stunning painting of Belle in the West Wing.
Speaking of the West Wing, this is also the room where you’ll find the Enchanted Rose and the mirror!
This room also features an array of seating and table options. There’s couches and coffee tables!
Along with table-top seating areas!
There is also a fun mixture when it comes to patterns and colors! I’m diggin’ the yellow myself!
Outdoor Patio
The outdoor patio was created to “evoke the romance of Beast’s garden terrace.”
The patio seating feels very light and airy!
While the area is not very large, the colorful seating is comfortable and looks like it will be a great place for groups to kick back and relax.

Do you need reservations for enchanted rose and if so, can they be made now?
Armone says
No longer ill there be musicians in the evening???
DFB Sarah says
Laura, no reservations needed, but if that changes, we’ll update.
DFB Sarah says
Armone, we were sitting at the far end of the room with the bar at Enchanted Rose Lounge, which made it difficult for us to hear the lobby musicians. But tables closer to the entrance of the Lounge (and therefore closer to the lobby) could likely still hear the music.
MichaelG says
A lot of it look lovely (especially the chandelier) but I’m not sure it belongs in the Grand Floridian. Styles and colors definitely do not go with the look of the hotel. And speaking of styles, they seem to be all over the place with an emphasis on mid-century modern which doesn’t belong in the Grand Floridian or a French 18th Century story. Theming seems haphazard at best.
