Last week we had the opportunity to check out the soft opening of Enchanted Rose at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort!
And today, the location has OFFICIALLY opened!!
Enchanted Rose, which took the place of Grand Floridian’s Mizner’s Lounge, is a bar and lounge inspired by the live-action Beauty and the Beast film.
The lounge features four themed rooms, each of which took inspiration from different aspects of the film. There’s the Signature Bar, the Garden Room, the Library, and the Outdoor Patio.
You can read more about these rooms and take a peek inside Enchanted Rose here!
Enchanted Rose will be open daily from 1 PM – 12 AM with starters being served from 5 PM – 10 PM. It was “with deepest pride and greatest pleasure” that we were able to try ALL of the starters and grand cocktails.
A few of our favorites were the Truffle Fries, the Crab and Gnocchetti Gratin, and the Tableside Love Cocktail.
You can check out our FULL Enchanted Rose review here!Â
Now that it’s officially open, go and put Enchanted Rose’s service to the test and let us know what you liked best!!

I must have missed it, but, in which part of Florida did Beauty and the Beast take place? Considering Disney’s vaunted focus on immersion, I’m sure it wouldn’t introduce a non-authentic element into the theming of the resort.

Do you need a reservation for the Enchanted Rose?
Tinkerbell says
This looks beautiful and I hope to see it the next time I stay in the area. However, I am more and more put off by the focus on alcohol and beverages. I don’t care to drink (I used to, I don’t mind people drinking.) Even if I did, I wouldn’t be looking for magic in the potions! It’s annoying because some places e.g. lounges are alcohol/drink centric. It’s a big turn off. On the plus side, it’s one less thing to put on my must-try list!

Where in the hotel is the lounge located?
Ruth says
I don’t like this change to the Grand Floridian at all. This does not go with the Victorian theme of the resort and just cheapens it. Thumbs down.
DFB Sarah says
Laura, Enchanted Rose Lounge is in the former Mizner’s Lounge space on the second floor of the main building at Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
