We’re traveling to Monstropolis with the new Mike Wazowski dome cake.

That’s right, Mike Wazowski has finally found his place in the spotlight at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
The Mike Wazowski dome cake is a chocolate cake with chocolate chips and a green chocolate ganache. This cake reminded us of the Stitch cake that appeared at Kona Island a few months ago, but we enjoyed this option a bit more.

The cake was very light and airy and the flavors were simply delicious.

The details on this little cake were so fun and we loved the bright green color! Warning: the cute green yummy ganache may stain your teeth and hands a bit.

Did this replace the stitch cake ? That was my all time favorite but this looks identical !
Dana, they seem to be very similar — but Mike has added chocolate chips, which added some texture that we preferred.
