Epcot never lets us down when it comes to finding all the best treats!

Epcot’s Karamell Kuche Caramel Shop

We JUST shared with you a new (and aah-mazing) pumpkin caramel cupcake we spotted in Epcot, but that’s not all we found today!! You have GOT to see what else we picked up!

While checking out the case over at Karamell-Küche in the Germany Pavilion, we spied a brand new offering being set up.

Alcohol-Infused Caramels Display

There wasn’t a sign out yet for these treats, but when we asked a Cast Member what they were, they informed us they were alcohol-infused caramel squares! Whaaaaaat?!? The Cast Members weren’t quite sure what flavors each of these little caramel squares were but rang one set of 4 up for us…for only $6.49!

They may not look like much, but trust us — there is more than meets the eye to these 4 little bites! Where to begin?! Don’t they all look so tasty?! That ridiculously delicious Werther’s Original Caramel made fresh in the shop is perfect in every form, but this is something special! You get 4 unique flavors to sample.

First up, we tried the plain one. This bite bit back!!! You can really taste the alcohol in these! We couldn’t discern a particular flavor to this one aside from the caramel and what tasted like brandy. Look at how fresh and soft these caramels are, you guys!!!

Working counter-clockwise, next we tasted the one with the white dollop on top. This, again, had a noticeable heat from the alcohol! This had the strongest punch of the 4. We couldn’t quite make out the flavor but it reminded us of a white chocolate or whipped cream flavored vodka. REALLY tasty!!

Next, we tried the one with the piece of dried apricot on top (any guess what flavor this one is? 🙂 ). Sure enough, we got a strong punch of apricot brandy flavor. This was one of our favorites! The sweet fruit flavor paired really well with the creamy caramel.

And for whoever needs this in there life (ALL OF US!) check out that caramel pull! Swoon!

Soft Fresh Caramels

We saved the best for last! The chocolate-dipped square was the same gooey caramel, this time dipped in dark chocolate! We noticed a distinct cherry flavor! This was REALLY GOOD and still quite forward with the alcohol flavor! Chocolate and cherry always work, in our book!

We’ll be checking back in at Karamell-Küche soon to see if we guessed the flavors correctly! These were all VERY tasty and we still can’t get over they only cost just over 6 bucks!

If you’re curious, no, we didn’t get carded to purchase these either! So while we tasted some heat from these bites, maybe there wasn’t actually enough in them to really pack a punch? Either way, they still were incredibly delicious! These would be fantastic to share with a friend strolling around World Showcase, don’t ya think?
