AJ, I know a lot of food items are not familiar to the general public who visit Disney. For their benefit, Saganaki is a Chicago specialty, rarely found in Greece, but absolutely delicious and a must-do appetizer at Chicago restaurants like Greek Islands (probably the oldest Greek restaurant in Chicago. They only provide Pitas with their Gyros on special request. It’s a great restraurant.
