Pssst! Hey you! We’ve got a secret to share with you that will BLOW. YOUR. MIND!!! Did you know that there’s a whole secret world of food happening at the Disney theme parks?!

That’s right — in addition to the already immense published menu offerings at the Disney resorts and theme parks, there are ALSO a bunch of hidden menus located throughout Disneyland and Walt Disney World!

You’ll have to be in-the-know to find out where to ask for them — but don’t worry! We’re about to fill you in on a few of our MOST FAVORITE favorite secret menu items and where they’re located!

Neapolitan Shake at Flo’s V8 Cafe

For our first stop, we’re cruisin’ over to Flo’s V8 Cafe in Disney California Adventure!

This one is more of a “food hack” (where you create your own combination of ingredients to invent a new awesome treat)! Why settle for a chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry milkshake when you can have the Neapolitan Milkshake at Flo’s V8 Cafe with all three flavors in one!

How To Get It:

This one is SUPER easy. Head over to Flo’s V-8 Cafe in Disney California Adventure and request the Neapolitan Milkshake. Most Cast Members will know what you’re talking about, but if they don’t, let them know it’s a regular milkshake that’s layered with chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry instead of just one flavor. Easy peasy!

Mac & Cheese in a Bread Bowl at Pacific Wharf Cafe

Speaking of hacks, here’s another one we’re totally OBSESSED with! Pacific Wharf Cafe is best known for its soups served in yummy sourdough bread bowls, but did you know you can totally sub out the soup for macaroni and cheese instead?!?!

Yeah, we’re talkin’ total secret menu GAME CHANGER here! The sourdough bread is fresh-baked right next door and is crazy delicious. And of course, we love us some good Disney mac so this is a must-eat for us! Carbs stuffed with EVEN MORE carbs!!!

How To Get It:

When you order, simply tell the Cast Member you’d like your bread bowl with mac & cheese instead — then brace yourself for the delicious carb bounty you’re about to receive!

Secret Drink Menu At Lamplight Lounge

Taking the place of the Cove Bar when Paradise Pier became Pixar Pier in 2018, the Lamplight Lounge had some very big shoes to fill…

…but luckily for those of us who don’t handle change very well, the Cove Bar’s secret drink menu remains mostly intact to this very day! You can still ask your server for a Mickey’s Fun Wheel (one of the most Insta-worthy drinks at Disney)…

…or find your old favorite concoction such as the Zombie or the Neverland Tea made with Sprite, pineapple juice, peach schnapps, midori, vodka, and gin! 

Reserve your spot at Lamplight Lounge’s patio early for World of Color, and then sit back and sip!

How To Get It:

Ask a friendly Cast Member what off-the-menu concoctions they have available! Just note that some of the glassware has changed, so your Mickey’s Fun Wheel might look a little different from the original Cove Bar version!

Purple Galaxy Cocktail at Catal

Disneyland sure has a thing for secret menu drinks, and here’s another you can find in Downtown Disney’s Catal! It’s called the Purple Galaxy Cocktail! The violet-hued drink consists of vodka, housemade limeade, and butterfly pea flower tea (which gives it the distinctive color). YUM!!!

The Cast Member who made ours gave it some extra magic with kiwi Mickey ears — it’s almost too cute to drink! This drink also has bits of dry ice inside, making for fun puffs of smoke as we sipped!

How To Get It:

Ask, and you shall receive! We’ve seen some Cast Members use lemons ears instead of kiwis, so yours might vary slightly!

The Secret Menu Items at Skipper Canteen

We discovered even more secret drinks (and a tasty nibble!) at Jungle Navigation Co., Ltd. Skipper Canteen in Disney World! This adventurous restaurant at Magic Kingdom may be known for its world-wide offerings, but we speak the universal language of CHEESE, which is why we simply adore these Pao De Queijo! They’re essentially the Brazilian Cheese Bread that you can get during the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival!

These cheesy bites are served with poblano cream cheese and chimichurri sauce. On the drink side, their secret menu also features three super tasty and colorful cocktails. Check out this Cerulean Blue Sangria made with Riesling white wine and hints of orange! It’s totally tropically delicious — and a stunner!

We also have big heart eyes for their Passion Fruit Sangria made with passion fruit, pineapple, and Prosecco. This one’s a little more tart and the little bit of bubbly made our noses tingle!

And for you pineapple lovers in the group, there’s the Frosty Pineapple made from Prosecco wine infused with pineapple and apple flavors, with just the right amount of sweetness! (Watch out for those poinky leaves, though.)

We never need an excuse to eat at Skipper Canteen, but with a secret menu this good, we won’t be able to stop ourselves!

How To Get It:

These items aren’t shown on the printed menu, so just ask your Skipper if you’d like to order ’em!

Strawberry Shortcake Gelato Shake At D-Luxe Burger

Another good place to look for hidden gems? The mobile order menus found on the My Disney Experience app! A growing number of participating Walt Disney World restaurants such as Disney Spring’s D-Luxe Burger and Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe in the Magic Kingdom are sneakily putting secret items ONLY on the app’s menus!

You can only purchase these secret menu items through the app! That’s how you’ll score D-Luxe’s Strawberry Shortcake Gelato Shake!

It’s made with a rich vanilla gelato base blended with milk, toasted marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and strawberry sauce. SO yeah, why settle for the regular Strawberry Gelato Shake on D-Luxe’s menu when you can get this super-sneaky (and totally delicious!) one instead!

 

How To Get It:

Make sure you’ve downloaded the My Disney Experience app and go to the D-Luxe Burger mobile order menu. Scroll all the way to the bottom to find the Strawberry Shortcake Gelato Shake — then simply order and pay for it in the app, and then go pick it up!

Cinnamon Bun Burger With Candied Bacon At All-Star Movies Resort 

Talk about a production! We love this secret menu item for the experience of getting it alone!

You’re going to need to make your way over to Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort for their mega-secret surprise menu! Our favorite item? The Cinnamon Bun Burger with candied bacon screams over-the-top Disney deliciousness! 

Served on an iced cinnamon bun and topped with copious amounts of sweet, crispy bacon, this burger might just make you stand up and applaud!

How To Get It:

Simply inquire about the secret menu with any cast member at the World Premiere Food Court’s Roxy counter and you’ll be granted special access to a super-classified briefcase! Once opened, you’ll find cool, old-timey looking viewfinders inside — with the secret menu selections printed on the slides! So COOL!

Yeah, All-Star Movies isn’t playin’ around with their secret menu stuff! They might’ve just earned themselves an Oscar with their totally insane assortment of offerings, but we’ll let you be the judge!

The Secret ‘Ohana Menu Items at Tambu Lounge

We’re charting a course to our favorite South Seas oasis for our last secret menu! And it’s a BIG ONE!

We’ve been privy to this secret stash of ‘Ohana foodstuff for some time, but for you newbies to the secret menu game, we can’t think of a better way for you to get your toes wet!

Whether you’ve ever had the full ‘Ohana experience or not, this island-themed restaurant of unlimited eats is a total foodie paradise at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort! But while the flavors are out of this world, dinner at this place can set you back quite a bit — enough to give us indigestion! That’s why we’ve learned how to circumvent eating at ‘Ohana at times by hacking our way into their secret menu mainframe at Tambu Lounge!

Behold! Prepare yourself for the seemingly endless bounty of tastiness we’ve scored over at Tambu Lounge!! First up, how bout these ‘Ohana sticky wings you won’t find PRINTED on the Tambu Lounge menu…but you can still order?

Or what about their tasty Pork Dumplings tossed in Garlic-Ginger Sauce, served with Peanut and Sweet-n-Sour Sauces?! So good!

But that ain’t all, folks! Fortune favors the BOLD and just recently we even had ‘Ohana coconut-pineapple bread — without ever stepping foot inside ‘Ohana!

One of our biggest secret menu brags of all time? This bowl of ‘Ohana’s Teriyaki Noodles for ONLY $5! Yup — FIVE BUCKS! Is this much fun even legal? We sure hope so, because if $5 noods is wrong, we don’t wanna be right!

Considering a dinner at ‘Ohana normally costs between $35-$60 a person, you can save a lot of dough by eating your ‘Ohana chow on the cheaper side at Tambu Lounge instead! On the downside, you won’t have unlimited chow like you would at ‘Ohana, but hey, we’ve made our bed of $5 noodles and now we’re going to lay in ’em!

We’re still  FILLED with ‘Ohana secrets — and we’re not done spilling them yet! The Mixed Grill Kebab that IS on the menu at Tambu Lounge is, in fact, the EXACT SAME chicken, beef, and shrimp they servin’ up at ‘Ohana, flame-seared to delicious perfection!

And we saved the best secret for last — the ‘Ohana bread pudding! It is ONE of THE BEST, if not the best, dessert on Disney property! We’re truly obsessed with it, but don’t necessarily want the time and expense of dining at ‘Ohana every time we want its warm caramel and banana sauce (which is often!).

Sooo once again Tambu Lounge for the win! That’s a total of SIX secret ‘Ohana menu items — just in case you’d lost count!

How To Get It:

You can order several of  ‘Ohana’s signature eats after 4PM from any of the awesome bartenders at Tambu Lounge because it shares its kitchen with ‘Ohana! You won’t find many of the items on Tambu Lounge’s menus, but all you gotta do is ask! Take this, our gift of secret ‘Ohana food knowledge, and go forth! Impress your friends! You may even find you have a lot MORE friends now that you’re such a secret menu pro!
