A blizzard full of Frozen 2-themed treats have been making their way around Disney World!

Recently, we’ve tried the Frozen 2 Fall Cheesecake, Frozen 2 Mini Spirit Cupcakes, Frozen 2 Caramel Mousse, and Frozen Orange Cream Soda, and now we’re snagging another dessert at this Disney Resort!
The Artist’s Palette has swirled up the Hidden Truth Frozen 2 Cupcake at Saratoga Springs!

The vanilla cupcake is filled with chocolate and blackberry ganache and topped with buttercream, a sprinkle rim, edible glitter, and a white chocolate piece featuring Elsa and a Nokk.

Although it definitely stained our fingers, this cupcake was WORTH IT. The moist cake was beautifully complemented by the chocolate and blackberry ganache. The fruit wasn’t too heavy, but balanced wonderfully with the chocolate to add a richness to the light cake.

The “hidden truth” in this cupcake was that the buttercream even had a hint of mint in the flavor. Although it wasn’t overwhelming, the mint definitely curbed the sweetness in the buttercream (which was delicious)! We especially loved that this cupcake came from the cooler because it made the frosting a little stiffer and a LOT easier to eat!
