Disneyland’s Festival of Holidays is heating up at California Adventure Park.
In addition to live music and dance performances, beautiful decor, and marketplace booths, additional dining locations are getting in on the action with their own holiday offerings.
Let’s head to Smokejumpers Grill for their festive offering. In case you aren’t familiar, Smokejumpers Grill is an aviation-themed quick-service spot located next to the entrance of Soarin’ Around The World.
We’ve seen previous incarnations of Latkes, like last year’s Jalapeño Latkes from the Spicy Celebrations marketplace booth (which happened to be one of our festival favorites!).
Oy To The World! We were super excited to try this new offering, the Loaded Latke. This dish features a traditional latke that is loaded with smoked brisket, horseradish cream, and scallion. It’s priced at $7.49 and eligible for sip & savor.
We were served two very good latkes, that we found to be nice and crispy (as they should be)!
Sadly, the meat was a bit tough and could have used some more sauce. We also felt like the portion was a little small! Oy Vey!
We definitely didn’t love this one a latke, and miss last year’s version! You guys should try it out and let us know how it ranks on your festival list!
The Festival of Holidays at Disney’s California Adventure officially kicks off TOMORROW, November 8th and will run through January 6, 2020.

Why are these latkes not kosher? I don’t think you can have cream on meat.
