Happy Holidays from Disney California Adventure! We’re LIVE at the 2019 Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure.
The Festival includes live dance and musical performances, stunning holiday decorations, and a special World of Color — Season of Light holiday show. Learn all about Disney California Adventure’s Festival of Holidays here! We will be updating this post throughout the day and TOMORROW, so you can stay in the Festival of Holiday know! 🙂
The festival officially runs from November 8th – January 6, 2020. BUT the booths soft-opened today and we had the opportunity to try ALL the menu items!! A BIG thanks to our friend diningindisney for helping us out with this yummy feat.

Eats and treats from all around the world can be snacked on at the Marketplace Booths in the Festival Corridor. This year, guests can travel around Disney California Adventure to try 8 different and exciting Marketplace Booths!
So, throw on your Christmas sweater and grab a glass of hot cocoa because it’s time to check out all of the 2019 Marketplace Booths and eats!
Brews & Bites
The Brews & Bites Booth offers local, seasonal, and international brews throughout the festival.
Here’s a look at the 2019 menu!
We tried out the Chorizo Fundido that’s served with house-made tortilla chips!
We also sipped on the Hangar 24 and Karl Strauss…
…The Bruery and Slo-Brew Cali-Squeeze…
…the Rrey and Einstok…
…annnnnd the Lost Winds!

Favorite Things
The Favorite Things booth was new to the Festival of Holidays last year, and it has made its way back into the line-up for this year!
And here ya have it…a peek at the 2019 menu! I hope you’re hungry because there are some yummy goodies on this menu!
Today we chowed down on the Glazed Ham Shakes!
Things got a little…well a lot CHEESY with the Holiday Stuffing Mac and Cheese!
We took things to the sweet side with the Gingerbread Mickey Cookie!
Then we washed it all down with a Warm Bourbon Cider!

Grandma’s Recipes
What are the holidays without Grandma’s Recipes? That’s why we’re quite fond of the Grandma’s Recipes Festival of Holiday Booth.
This year we had the opportunity to try the NEW Mickey-fied plant-based version of a Shepard’s Pie!
And very similar to the Merry Cherry Pineapple Punch from last year. This version known is known as the Navidad Punch!
We also tried out the Curried Cauliflower and Chicken!
And we downed the delicious Crimson Pear Beer Cocktail!

Holiday Duets
The Holiday Duets booth is where you’ll find Shrimp and Grits with Andouille Sausage and Holiday Mickey and Minnie Cookies.

Today we got to eat one of our favs…Shrimp and Grits!
And we also gobbled up the Braised Pork Belly Adobo!
And for dessert?! Those Mickey and Minnie Sugar Cookies, of course!
Then we finished it all off with a Cranberry Sangria!
And the even sweeter Churro Toffee Cold Brew!

Making Spirits Bright
Say “Cheers!” with the Making Spirits Bright booth this year! Here you can find a Mimosa Flight and a Wine Flight!!

Participating Restaurants
At Smokejumpers Grill we tried the NEW Loaded Latke! This is a traditional latke made with smoked brisket, horseradish cream, and scallion. You can snag it with that sip & savor pass orrr you can get it for $7.49.

Looking for a YUMMY dessert option at the 2019 Festival of Holidays? Well look no further…for here is the Apple Fritter Bread Pudding from Pacific Wharf Cafe! This thing is GOOD y’all!

Also at Pacific Wharf is the Pumpkin Soup served in a bread bowl! This is made with coconut milk and lemongrass and ginger. It’s topped with pumpkin seeds and shaved coconut. Both treats are sip & savor eligible!

Over at Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill, you’ll find a Pork Tamale and Horchata Agua Fresca! The tamales were HUGE and so stinking good.

Festival of Holidays Entertainment
The festival entertainment includes performances from Mostly Kosher, Mariachi Divas, Blue13 Dance Company, The Sound, Phat Cat Swinger, and more!
Guests can also visit Santa and the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail and watch the Holiday Toy Drummers and Paradise Gardens Park Obelisk.

Disneyland is so disappointing, all of the festivals at WDW offer many gluten free options and at Disneyland we get 1 cookie, really!???
