Disney World has a long-running tradition of fabulous Gingerbread displays…
And this year, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge has joined in its holiday ranks! Check out their brand new Gingerbread Log Cabin that’s now open — and all of the special goodies it has!
While Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort Gingerbread House has graced its lobby for over 20 Christmas seasons, there’s also Disney’s Beach Club Resort’s Gingerbread Carousel, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort’s Gingerbread Castle to see! And now you can add one more to your list — a Gingerbread Log Cabin at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge!
It makes a lot of sense to us that this resort has taken up this Disney World tradition because Disney’s Wilderness Lodge has been home to a few unique customs over the years (like this one!)
And now a cozy little cabin adorns its lobby — complete with sweet little details like this adorable Chip ‘n’ Dale made out of chocolate!
Like the other Disney World gingerbread displays, you can be there’s a bunch of Hidden Mickeys! Found one!
And check out all the goodies available around the Wilderness Lodge’s Gingerbread Cabin! There are so many delightful options to choose from!
Check out the list of Holiday Treats we spied! Reindeer Food and Chocolate Pinecones? We are sooo IN!
One of our favorite goodies was the Spiced Moose Cookie! It was a moist, chewy sugar cookie with gingerbread spices — cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, mace, and a small hint of Szechwan pepper to balance the sweetness! You can’t taste the pepper, really, but it has a nice balance of sweet and spicy!
We also jumped aboard the Reindeer Food train with both feet! Look at how sweet the Reindeer Food’s presentation is — wrapped up all nice-like with a pretty little bow!
It’s got chocolate-covered hunks of gingerbread (the same recipe as the ones used to make the cabin!), with sweet granola clusters, chocolate-covered pretzels, and m&m candies! Such a delicious little basket of holiday delights!
We also spotted these Chocolate Pinecones which look almost exactly like the real thing!
And there were individually-packaged Gingerbread Man Kits that you could decorate yourself!
But we were in love with this limited edition 2019 Happy Holidays Pin that we spotted for $17.99. It features the lovable Chip ‘n’ Dale we saw earlier in the gingerbread display!
And it just wouldn’t be a Disney World gingerbread display without its own merch — check out the exclusive 2019 Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Gingerbread Collection Pin for $17.99.
Its little frosty window opens to reveal Humphery the Bear hanging a strand of Christmas Lights — just like the Gingerbread Cabin!
We asked Cast Members if the Gingerbread Cabin had any other items like the ornaments and mugs we’ve seen at Disney’s Grand Floridian and Disney’s Beach Club Resort — unfortunately, for now, only the Gingerbread Collection Pins are being sold! So swing by Disney’s Wilderness Lodge to see it and grab your pin today!

Oh man, I can’t believe we ended up missing all this! We watched that baby go up from day one, and then it opened up like an hour after we boarded the Tragical Express. I could seriously cry 😭 I would have loved to pick up some treats and that pin. Oh well, I’m grateful we at least got to see the finished product!

Looks great except for the tacky fake plastic trees around it, really Disney???
