Disney lovers around the world shifted their focus yesterday and dashed for their couches to tune into Disney+, Disney’s new live streaming service for the very first of what will be MANY TIMES!

And while the new subscription Disney+ launched only yesterday, the demand has been pretty huge!
Disney reported earlier today, “Disney+, the highly anticipated streaming service from The Walt Disney Company, has already reached a major milestone, achieving a remarkable 10 million sign-ups since launching.” Do we think titles like The World According to Jeff Goldblum and The Mandalorian may have something to do with it? Yes. Yes we do.

But of course, there’s literally almost every single Disney film and series to peruse, too — which may also be the reason for so many folks forsaking their Disney DVD and Blu-ray collections in favor of this handy streaming service. And with over 10 million subscribers, its no wonder many users were experiencing technical difficulties during its launch yesterday!

Since Disney+ is offering a free 7-day trial period, only time will tell how many of these customers will convert over to paying subscribers, but for now, happy binge-watching to all 10 million of you!
