Sleigh bells ring, are yah listenin’?
We’ve had so much fun spotting all of the different gingerbread displays tucked around Disney World. What’ve we found so far? A whole gingerbread lineup including supersized displays like the Grand Floridian Gingerbread House, the Beach Club Gingerbread Carousel, the Contemporary Gingerbread Castle, and the new Wilderness Lodge Gingerbread Cabin. Well today, we spotted a smaller display at Saratoga Springs that is still super impressive!
There’s something so cool about how much detail the Disney chefs put into their gingerbread displays and the new gingerbread town in the Saratoga Springs lobby is no exception. The display is out in the lobby from 9 am to 9 pm so that guests can swing by and check out that awesome gingerbread-y craftsmanship!
There are five separate little gingerbread structures all connected by chocolate wafer stepping stones. Look at this pretty church complete with icing detailing and a shiny star at the top of the steeple!
The house next to the church reminds us of the Grand Floridian Gingerbread House and has super detailed icing-cicles (okay, okay… icing icicles).
And up next, another structure that reminds us of another display. There’s a little gingerbread carousel! A tribute to the Beach Club display? Could be! Or maybe they just like carousels!
There’s a little yellow house, complete with a stable holding the CUTEST gingerbread horses!
And finally, a brick Post Office for the town. The rickety gingerbread shingles on this building are one of our favorite parts of the whole display!
All together the display is adorable and impressive and the level of detail means you could look at it all day. Plenty of guests have found themselves examining the display — there were groups in front of the table the whole time we were there!
In true Disney World Resort Gingerbread fashion, there are some tasty Christmas-y snacks available just nearby. That way if you get hungry looking at all that gingerbread in the town, you don’t have to go too far to get your fix! We spotted these smiling gingerbread men for $4.50.
There’s a collection of gingerbread macarons for $14.00. We LOVE macarons so these look SO good.
If you’re feeling really hungry, you can take home a WHOLE gingerbread house for $42. You could even impress your friends by telling them you made it, we don’t judge!
If gingerbread isn’t your snack style, you can also nibble on some peppermint bark for $5.99 to make sure you get some of those winter flavors.
Aaaaannnd if you want to get on the gingerbread house building train for yourself, there’s a kit to make your own gingerbread house for $35!
There’s also more of the merch from the Gingerbread collection! We’ve spotted exclusive merch at other gingerbread displays around Disney and there are items at Saratoga Springs too! Here’s a gingerbread mug for $24.99 featuring our favorite French princess — Belle!
This commemorative pin for $17.99 also features Belle and Beast dressed in their Christmas best.
And you can grab this candy stripe ornament for $14.99 that celebrates the Saratoga Springs gingerbread display!
All together, we L-O-V-E the beautiful new gingerbread at Saratoga Springs! Hopefully this display will be around for years to come, but in the mean time, you can check it out in the lobby at Saratoga Springs.

The pink house resembles a Victorian style houses of Saratoga Springs, NY. The carousel is because there’s a vintage carousel right in downtown Saratoga Springs, in Congress Park. The house with the horse stable is because Saratoga is known worldwide for their horse racing.
