Welcome to another roundup of What’s New in Disney Springs!

Although not much time has passed since our last visit to this Disney World shopping and eating mecca, a lot has happened while we were away!

We ate, sipped, and shopped ’til we dropped on our latest Disney Springs excursion, and we’re excited to report back to you with all the latest food and merch news we uncovered, so let’s get started!

Disney Springs Food Update

Amorette’s Patisserie

At Amorette’s Patisserie, we were treated to two new seasonal goodies! How sweet does their new Ornament Macaron for $5 sound? Like sweet, delicious music to our ears! Plus it tastes as good as it looks thanks in large part to its milk-chocolate peppermint ganache filling!

Ah, but we said TWO seasonal goodies — and here’s the second one! Amorette’s Patisserie is also serving up an adorable Red Velvet Swiss Roll for $8! This red velvet cake has a spiced cream-cheese filling and is topped with the cutest little gingerbread man we ever did see!

Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet Food Truck

Take a walk on the wild side with Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet Food Truck’s new Candy Cane Cookie Dough for $5! It’s super smooth and creamy with subtle notes of peppermint flavoring!

Sunshine Churros

And if you’re dreaming of a White Christmas Peppermint Churro for $5.25, you’ll want to steer your sleigh over to one of Disney Springs’ two Sunshine Churro locations! There you’ll be greeted by the most powder sugariest — peppemintiest churro we’ve ever tasted!

Disney Springs Merchandise Update

Columbia

While earlier we spotted the new Roberto Coin Frozen 2 Jewelry Collection at Ever After, we’re back with more Frozen 2-inspired merch including this new line of winter wear by Columbia!

The new Columbia outerwear includes styles inspired by Anna and Elsa’s new Frozen 2 looks, and we’re LIVING for THEM — just not their $500 price tags!

But the new Frozen 2-inspired Columbia Anna Down Cape is really quite stunning. And Anna’s voice actor, Kristen Bell has even signed a few for sale!

The proceeds of which will go to a very worthy cause — No Kid Hungry! Way to go, Kristen!

There was also this child’s size Frozen 2 Fleece Jacket for $50 — love the snowflake pattern it has all over it — like a personal snow flurry!

And this new line of Disney X Sorel Childrens’ Boots is totally adorable!

Frozen 2 Kids Sorel Boots vary in price from $65 – $75 depending on which style you choose. How totally obsessed with these new Elsa Sorel Boots for $65 are we? Umm, VERY OBSESSED!

Next, we headed over to World of Disney where we spotted these zonked out Winnie the Pooh Dream Friends Plush for $34.99!

And we also scoped out this adorable child’s size Wishables “Squeeze Me!!” Shirt for $24.99! But what about us adults who love us some Wishables? Whadda we gotta do to get a shirt around here?

Star Wars Trading Post and Star Wars Galactic Outpost

New Mandalorian merch was to be had in the form of several new shirt styles for men, women, and kids including this Child’s Mandalorian Shirt for $24.99.

As well as this Women’s Mandalorian Shirt for $34.99…

…and this women’s style which is also $34.99.

We also saw this Mandalorian IG-11 Funko POP! for $14.99…

…and the Mandalorian Mug we’d spotted earlier at Hollywood Studios for $22.99.
