I can not believe that Disney continues to allow these ” representatives” on the property. I have never been treated as rudely as I was at Mouse Gear by the Rebecca Hook rep at one of these trunk shows…. she totally dismissed me as unimportant and refused to answer my questions. She was not wearing a name tag and was not in costume so I reported her to the manager at Mouse Gear. Disney has rules and standards for speaking to guests and this Rebecca Hook rep was totally out of line. I also found out that Ever After had similar experiences with the Rebecca Hook reps – they try to keep a cast member close all the time to keep these incidents from happening.
