Primo Piatto Mobile Order
Skipping the lines? Grabbing your meals in a quick and easy way? Um, yes please! But, now there’s a lil sumthin’ sumthin’ that has come to the My Disney Experience app that will shake things up a bit!
This new, awesome feature has been rolled out so far to only a few spots, so don’t go gettin’ too excited yet! BUT, now guests can choose from different Mobile Order pick-up options at Primo Piatto at the Riviera Resort and D-Luxe Burger in Disney Springs!
Mobile Order Update
Although we’ve usually been able to pick up our food to-go and find a spot to eat, you can pick to have your meal prepared “For Here” or “To-Go” at the restaurants! While we were at Primo Piatto, we were able to grab the new “To-Go” packaging…

…and “To-Go” cutlery (which just makes Mobile Order even better tbh).

Now if they would just allow you to place a mobile order where you could customize the order to exclude the side items like fries, mobile order would be almost perfect.
When I used mobile order last summer, I was able to substitute fries in place of the hard chips. Maybe the exclusion of sides all together will be next.
We just mobile ordered breakfast at Primo Piatto and weren’t able to pick this option. We asked a CM and were told that all mobile orders are packaged “to-go” but that they would make the order for here for us. Maybe it’s only an option for lunch? It was also a pretty long wait. We had a view into the kitchen and the team looked super confused and overwhelmed.
