If you’re looking for a creative way to express your insatiable hunger for fine art at Epcot’s 2020 Festival of the Arts, look no further than Pop Eats!
Although we’ve seen some creative dishes like the Make-Your-Own Slushy at Cool Wash and the Create-Your-Own Cookie Masterpiece at Cuisine Classique, we’re heading to Pop Eats! for its modern, innovative treats available this year!
You’ll find Pop Eats! over at the World Showcase Plaza, buuut it had a bit of a rocky start this morning as it was closed for half the day due to technical difficulties (whoops). When it’s open, though, make sure you come hungry. This place is serving up some modern-artistic fare like you wouldn’t believe! Let’s check out the menu!
Food at Pop Eats!
If you enjoyed Pop Eats! tasty offerings last year, we’re pleased to tell ya, THEY’VE ALL RETURNED! And, if you’re new to the Festival of the Arts’ scene, no worries! Here’s a rundown of what you can get! Pop Eats! is serving its classic Sous Vide Chicken Roulade with Apples and Sage for $6.75.
“Sous vide” is a method of cooking where food is wrapped in plastic, then immersed in a warm water bath where it is cooked through slowly. The dish is presented beautifully and is served with a warm brie fondue, blueberry and beet gel and garnished with beet chip crumbles.
If you’re in the mood for something cool and light, we recommend the Shrimp Ceviche with Lime Mint Foam for $6! The bright citrus notes and acidity from the lime make this snack extra-refreshing.
And, you may remember the Almond Frangipane Cake ($4.50) from last year! It’s layered with raspberry jam and Belgian chocolate like a Mondrian work-of-art! It just wouldn’t be a Festival of the Arts without a slice of this iconic cake! As you may notice, this year’s version has fewer colorful layers.
But we’re also great admirers of the Pop’t Art: Modern-design Sugar Cookie with Strawberry Filling for $4.50.
There’s something so poetic and DELICIOUS about eating a Pop Art pop tart!
Drinks at Pop Eats!
Pop Eats! beverages include three favorites from last year and one BRAND NEW item! The Blue Sky Black Cherry Boba Freeze ($4.50) is a refreshing way to show your appreciation for Pop Eats! with its boba pearls that pop in your mouth!
And the #RainbowSherbetGlitterDreamAle by Playalinda Brewing Co. A.K.A. GLITTER BEER ($4.50) is back, y’all! This drink made our Best of the Fest last year, thanks in large part to its extreme Instagram-worthiness. Don’t forget to hashtag this bad boy when you post it on your social media!

The Popping Bubbles Cocktail ($10.50) is what we like to call kinetic art — partly because we guzzled ours down quickly! It’s made our best of the fest list in previous years, and it’s still a big hit with us!
And making its big debut this year is the Tomato Soup Can Bloody Mary — LOVE the Andy Warhol reference, you guys!
The Bloody Mary might just be one of the best drinks we’ve EVER had in Disney World! While its appearance is super creative, the flavors are incredible. The whole thing tastes incredibly fresh (almost like you’ve just cooked up your own soup!) for $14.
Overall
Pop Eats! still reigns as one of the most unique booths at the Festival of the Arts. The eats and treats not only taste delicious, but they are PERFECT photos for your Instas! If you have to visit one booth during the festival at Epcot, we highly recommend stopping by Pop Eats! this year.

Dave says
While I loved the Frangipane cake at $4.50 last yr, $14 for about 4 oz of soup is a joke, sorry.
Kelsey says
What is in the soup can? Like those floaty things? My mom is a big fan of Canadian Caesars (a drink we have up north here) and bloody Mary’s are always a let down in comparison. But I’m wondering with these great flavours you say she will finally get to have her drink in America!
DFB Sarah says
Kelsey, they’re croutons, which our reporter says were delicious soaked in the Bloody Mary.
