The Festival of the Arts at Epcot has officially begun! Between now and February 24th, 2020, you can immerse yourself in a celebration of culinary, visual, and performing arts!
One of our favorite atmospheric offerings is back in 2020! Last year we shared some hidden characters that you can find throughout World Showcase, and we are so excited to say that the characters are back, with even more fun finds to spot! Some of these characters returned from last year, and others are making an appearance for the first time! Let’s do a little walking tour “around the world” and see who we can find!
Our first stop is Mexico, where you can find Dante from the beloved Pixar film Coco! He’s found on the front of the pyramid to the right-hand side.
If you look up close you can see all the vibrant colors!
Next, in Norway, we were super excited to see all the Snowgies from Frozen make an appearance! You can find them on the backside of Kringla Bakeri, to your right as you walk towards the restrooms.
In the China Pavilion, we spotted Little Brother from Mulan above a bench just past Lotus Blossom Cafe.
Also spotted in China were Mushu and Cri-Kee! They can be seen as you exit the pavilion, on the wall to the left near where the Jeweled Dragon Acrobats perform!
In Germany we managed to find Pascal, Rapunzel’s trusty sidekick from Tangled, not once, but twice! The first time we spotted him was on the clock sign.
And the second time was on the outer building as you make your way towards the restroom.
We even saw Jiminy Cricket from Pinocchio in Italy! He’s a little smaller so he might be harder to spot…
…but you can find him right above the doorway to Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar!
In the Japan Pavilion, we LOVED seeing Duffy and Gelatoni!! You can see them on the wall of Mitsukoshi. Look at how cute they are!!!
We noticed Abu in the Morocco Pavilion, up to some sort of mischief as always! If you’ve ever explored the Morocco Pavilion, you know how much of a maze it can be, so all we can say to help you is that Abu is towards the back, near a green door (good luck!).
One of our favorite finds was in the France Pavilion, where we found the trio of kittens from The Aristocats, Berlioz, Marie, and Toulouse! You can spot them on the right side of the wall as you make your way back towards Les Halles, near Les Vins des Chefs de France.
Finally, in the United Kingdom Pavilion, we found multiple hidden character decals! The first was Peter Pan’s shadow, which was on the backside of The Tea Caddy shop. This one is easier to spot if you’re entering the UK Pavilion from France.
And we found one of our favorite trios, Robin Hood, Little John, and Skippy, are near the entrance to The Tea Caddy shop. If you are entering the shop, they are to the right-hand side!
See if you can spot all of these ‘hidden’ characters when you visit the Epcot International Festival of the Arts!
