While it isn’t hard to find ways to spoil yourself at Disney World (we’re talkin’ ice cream for breakfast, riding Pirates of the Caribbean over and over again…) we just discovered a new dining experience that will be coming soon to Disney World!
And if this dinner is as off-the-chain as it sounds, it’s going to be one VERY cool experience, indeed!
An exclusive Truffle and Wine Dinner is coming next month to Jaleo! And while the Chef José Andrés’ Disney Springs restaurant is known for its delicious modern Spanish cuisine, the “star” of this meal is being flown in from Spain just for this event!
Jaleo will be rolling out the red carpet (well, maybe not literally, but still, we’re talking pretty EPIC here) on Wednesday, February 12th as it welcomes its guests to a bounty of truffley riches! And according to Jaleo, the black truffles are being collected by hand THAT DAY and brought over from the Spanish countryside to be the featured ingredient in each of the nine unique dishes!
Each course will be paired with wines that will marry well with the flavors and textures of the truffle-centric courses. The experience costs $299 and includes taxes, fees, and gratuities. The meal will also start with a small interactive truffle demonstration where you’ll get to learn more about the key ingredient!
Get yo’ tickets now if this sounds like your idea of a good time! And if you wanna make a decadent whole day of it, check out the deets on the new brunch option at Le Cellier you’ll find at this year’s Festival of the Arts in Epcot!
