We’ve got some news coming from Walt Disney World that may affect your summer vacation!
Swashbucklers better listen up!
The popular Pirates League in Disney’s Magic Kingdom (located next to Pirates of the Caribbean) has been transforming the young and old into Pirates, Mermaids, and more since 2009.
Sadly, Walt Disney World has announced that they will be closing the doors on Pirates League on July 27, 2020.
We currently have on word on if the Pirates League packages will be moved to a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique location. But, we will be sure to let you know if we hear word!
It’s ahoy for now, but adios soon! Visit The Pirates League in Magic Kingdom from now until July 27, 2020.

So will they still be doing it? But just moving it to the BOutique?
DFB Sarah says
Brandon, no word on this yet, but we will update if that’s the case.
Sydney says
I’m so disappointed about this. We go to wdw twice a year and this is always on our list of things we do. And these have to be some of the best cast member interactions in the parks!
Donna Deihls says
Walt would not like this ! Pirates League is the best, what are the children to do, this brings interaction for all the favs. Hook, Peter Pan, Pirates of the Carribean. Where and how will the fantasy be for the children ! Walt Disney’s favorite were Pirates and Peter Pan. Where else but Disney, can you be turned into Captain Jack Sparrow ! Pirates are still very cool !
Do Not Do Away with Pirates League. If anything it should be advertised better. We had to find out about it from previous people. Not even our reservationists mentioned it. Could not wait to make reservations.
Our 4 year old loved it then and repeated it again at 9 yrs old.Donna Deihls
