Our West Coast sibling celebrated the start of Lunar New Year as well as the grand opening of Rise of the Resistance. We here now to chat about alllll the merch, construction updates, price increases, and much more in the latest installment of What’s New Disneyland.
Disneyland Construction Updates
Downtown Disney
The Holidays are over *sad face* but a new photo wall has popped up over in Downtown Disney!
We love the detailing on this adorable one that’s located by the old ESPN Zone. Strike a pose!
New Orleans Square
With ghostly regrets, we are here to inform you that construction walls are up at Haunted Mansion as it receives some major upgrades to mechanics, interiors, and exteriors.
…but have no fear foolish mortals because the coolest makeshift exhibit is on display!
For a limited time during refurbishment, you can check out original concept art of the iconic attraction!
This is one of the earliest concepts of the attraction that we all know and love today!

Fantasyland
Construction walls are also up and completely surrounding King Arthur Carrousel as it undergoes refurbishment.

Also in Fantasyland, walls have expanded around currently being refurbed Snow White’s Scary Adventure. The enhancement will include new audio and visual technology, laser projections, music, and more.

We’re still reeling over the 3 new treats available over in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, but we also have some other delicious news to share!
Jolly Holiday Bakery
Over on Main Street, U.S.A., the Jolly Holiday Bakery is carrying an adorable and delicious Mickey Mouse Cookies ‘n Cream Macaron. Too cute to eat? We think not! This baby is creamy and oh so yummy.

In Downtown Disney’s mega-merch store, we found the Fab 5 Merch collection! Mickey and the gang can be found on a sweatshirt, hoodie, sweatpants, and even an ornament set.
