Welcome back, DFB friends! We’re here with another What’s New at Disney Springs!
We’ve got LOTS of food, merchandise, and construction updates to share with you, so let’s dive right on in!
Disney Springs Food Update
The Polite Pig
Looking for a drink to start your walk through Disney Springs? Polite Pig is serving up the seasonal Blackberry Bourbon Smash Slushie…
You can snag this for $11 by the glass or $27 for a pitcher…
Dockside Margaritas
The seasonal Blood Orange Margarita is still at Dockside! (Um, YAS.)
It can be yours for $16-17 dollars.
Goofy’s Candy Co.
It’s football season, you guys! And, the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Footballs have been hut, hut, hiked into Goofy’s Candy Co. for a limited time.
If our team wins, will we get to go to Disney World with them? ;D
Check out everything you need to know about the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Footballs here!
Starbucks at the Marketplace
It’s a holiday palooza at Starbucks (but we’re kinda digging it). While you can still choose from the Winter Time and New Year’s Specials…
…now you can also pick a drink from the Valentine’s Day Specials too! We Love You A Latte, Starbucks!
Excuse us while we go sip on a Candy Cane Frapp AND a Love Potion Cold Brew!
Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC
There are SO many places to get a sweet treat or two in Disney Springs. And, Erin McKenna’s has been baking up all-new vegan and gluten-free desserts! You can grab the Brownie Cake Bars with either vanilla or caramel frosting. Can we all just stop and admire the stunning cake to frosting ratio on these bbs?
They also have a Milk N Cookies Cupcake…
…Brownie Sunbutter…
…Party Piñata Cupcake, Samoa Cupcake, and Chocolate Covered Strawberries.
Can we have one of each pls??
Candy Cauldron
The Candy Cauldron is brewing up some treats for Valentine’s Day too! Let your heart soar as you try the Valentine’s Day Cake Pops…
…Rose Cake Pops (which look a lot like the ones we found in Magic Kingdom)…
…and the Valentine’s Day Rice Krispie Treats!
All those sprinkles and chocolate are making us REALLY want a Rice Krispie Treat right now!!
Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza
While Blaze Pizza might be the spot for some cheesy pizza-y goodness, you can also try some of their Dough Knots as a pre-pizza snack! While we’ve already seen the Mozzarella and Garlic Pesto Dough Knots…
…now you can try the Dessert Knots with Cinnamon and Sugar!
So, basically, they’re just some VERY delicious looking cinnamon rolls (which sound super good rn).
D-Luxe Burger
We wanted to make sure you all knew that the Pepperoni Pizza Burger returned to the menu earlier this month at D-Luxe Burger. We loved this burger when it debuted last year, so we want to make sure everyone has an opportunity to try it while it’s back! It features lettuce, Pomodoro sauce, artisan pepperoni, and fried mozzarella, a beef patty, and a sun-dried tomato on a soft bun. Note that this is listed as a limited-time offering, so we’re not sure how long it will be around!
Check out our review of the Pepperoni Pizza Burger here!
On a sadder note, we noticed our beloved secret menu Loaded Fries at D-Luxe were missing from the mobile order menu! We asked a Cast Member if the Loaded Fries were truly gone and they confirmed. This isn’t to say they’re gone forever, but for now, the Loaded Fries have vanished. 🙁
We also wanted to double-check for everyone that, yes, the variety of unlimited sauces at D-Luxe are still available to customers! Rest easy, friends! BUT, if you mobile order, it’s up to you to grab your fill of sauces when you pick up your meal, so don’t forget!
Frontera Cocina
The Taste of Oaxaca has made its way into Frontera Cocina, featuring special dishes inspired by the culture and cuisine of the state of the same name in Mexico! We’re seriously eyeing that Peanut Butter Chocolate Trifle, obviously.
Stay tuned for our review of all the new menu goodies over at Frontera!
Sprinkles
There’s another Girl Scout inspired treat in town! Sprinkles is baking up the Cookie Cupcake Series for January (and we are SO excited!).
And, for all you Samoa Cookie lovers out there, the Toasted Coconut, Caramel, & Chocolate Cupcake is back again at the bakery with its caramel frosting and rich chocolate cake!
It even has a sugar cookie base baked into the bottom of the cupcake. They think of everything, don’t they? 😉
Check out our full review of the Samoa Cupcake here!
Plus, while you’re over at Sprinkles, you can snag their BOGO offer through the end of January! You just have to show your receipt, and you’ll get a free cupcake, scoop of ice cream, or cookie when you purchase one.
Pinch us, we must be dreaming!! Now to decide what we want to get for our BOGO item!
Check out all the deets on the BOGO offer at Sprinkles here!
Morimoto Asia Street Food
Morimoto Asia Street Food must have been dishing out plenty of goodies recently ’cause they were out of a lot of different items when we stopped by! Although we aren’t sure when they’ll be restocked, a few items were unavailable like the South Seas Slush, Spiked Street Slush…
…and the Korean BBQ Pork Rice Bowl.
We’ll let you know as soon as we see these items back on the menu!
Homecomin’
We’re taking a trip to Homecomin’ for some Southern hospitality and home-cooked eats! And, while the 1981 Salad, Country Fried Steak, Grouper, and Whiskey Breeze are all either new or returning…
…we decided to snack on one of the latest additions to the menu! Yeah, just LOOK at those Okra Fries (heaven)…
…which we happened to pair with the new Floradora Cocktail, made with Fords gin, freshly muddled raspberries, lime juice, simple syrup, and a splash of Q Spectacular Ginger Beer.
Check out our full reviews of the Okra Fries and Floradora Cocktail here!
Plus, we couldn’t pass up the Chargrilled Chicken Tenders (yes, they are just as good as they sound) with all that AH-MAZING hot honey dipping sauce!
Check out our full review of the Chargrilled Chicken Tenders here!
And, while you’re at Homecomin’, you can also spot the biodegradable Greenprint straws that have made their eco-friendly arrival at the restaurant!
Helping the environment PLUS no mushy paper straws? Win-win, right?!
Vivoli il Gelato
Did someone say peanut butter AND chocolate? Vivoli il Gelato is serving the Chocolate Peanut Butter Bombolato (!!!) with peanut butter gelato, chocolate sauce, and crushed peanuts inside one of their famous warm Italian doughnuts.
We’ll take three! This spot keeps us on our toes with ALL their limited-time treats. We just spotted the King Cake Shake a few weeks ago and they are already rolling out new options for treats!
Check out all the details on the King Cake Shake HERE!

World of Disney

…or the Rapunzel Tee!
Oh, and just in case you needed some ears to match your new outfit, the Loungefly x Pixar Luxo Ball Ears have bounced into the World of Disney!
These are SO colorful and fun.
Check out all the deets on the Loungefly X Pixar Luxo Ball Ears here!
While the humans might be trying on some of the cutest tees around, your furry friends can also add some new stylish items to their wardrobe! We just spotted the Monsters Inc. Bandanas, featuring Sulley…
…Boo (still crying years later about the ending scene of the movie)…
…and our favorite one-eyed green monster, Mike for $24.99!
They can also put on the Sulley Dog Harness to go for a walk around Monstropolis!
I mean, we just can’t get enough of those little horns and felt “spikes” tbh!!
You can make your pup a bonafide monster for $39.99 in the Sulley Dog Harness!
Although it might not be new, the NBA Experience Display invites guests to score some AWESOME themed merch (or even slam dunk at the actual interactive exhibit)!
LovePop
Whether you have a special someone or just want to give your loved ones a small something special this Valentine’s Day, LovePop has got you covered with its adorably unique cards! You can pick from characters like Baby Yoda…
…or Darth Vader (perfect for the dads out there!).
Check out all the details about the Baby Yoda and Darth Vader Cards here!
We also spied the CUTEST Toy Story Alien…
…and Mickey and Minnie (FYI: this one is currently sold out, but it’s being restocked soon)!
Plus, you can give out some non-Valentine’s Day cards if you want to with the Star Wars Card (Seriously, Darth Vader smashing a piñata is TOO MUCH. Love it!) …
…an Ewok Card (yub nub!), and SO MANY MORE! And, they’re all only $15 each, so you can have a unique gift for your friends, family, and significant other!
We’ll take one of each, plz!
Check out the rest of the LovePop Collection here!
Disney Springs Construction Update
Ghirardelli Soda Fountain
Ghirardelli is still closed for refurbishment while the ice cream shop updates its interior (sad face).
BUT, you can still sit outside to enjoy the sunny (or rainy!) day…
…and your favorite treats off the menu in the store next door!
Just be warned: it can get a li’l crowded with everyone wanting some good ole ice cream in the smaller ordering area! ;D
Looking for something to help you get in the Valentine’s Day spirit? You can still grab the totally Valentine’s Day-friendly Marina Sundae we tasted recently here!
Check out our review of the Marina Sundae HERE!
Marketplace Co-Op
We love giving you the deets on some of the strangest AND coolest surprises in Disney World! And, this week, we just happened to find out that you can get a shave or a haircut in the Marketplace Co-Op (um, what??).
While the Art of Shaving is undergoing some refurb at their barbershop, the temporary location has moved into the Marketplace until the end of the month. But, the Art of Shaving store is still open (just in case you really loved some of the products used during your visit!).
Read more about this unusual opportunity here!
City Works
We are SO CLOSE to the opening of City Works in Disney Springs! Since the restaurant is projected to open sometime this month…
…we are anxiously waiting as the walls slowly come down around it! We just really can’t wait for some Cheese Curds and Peanut Butter Snickers Pie.
If they really do plan to open by January, we’re quickly running out of days for that to happen! We’ll keep an eye on the spot and let you know as soon as it opens!
Check out more of the City Works menu here!
Cirque du Soleil
We headed over to the Cirque du Soleil tent to see what was happening. High-flying acrobats, awesome stunts, and a NEW Disney storyline? “Drawn to Life” is being sketched out at the Cirque du Soleil tent for its premiere in March! And, since tickets are selling fast, you might want some snag some as soon as possible.
Read more about the new Cirque du Soleil experience here!
Well, that’s all for this What’s New at Disney Springs! We’ll catch you next time for more merchandise, food, and construction updates!
