While traveling through the World Showcase in Epcot today, we had a hair-raising experience.
You see, the German pavilion’s clock was malfunctioning, and that’s when things started to get a little unsettling…
It was as if suddenly we could hear Rod Serling in our minds speaking directly to us…
“There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man.
It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge.
This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call…THE TWILIGHT ZONE!!!”
Not to worry — this strange, unnerving event was only temporary and the creepy children have gone back inside their little house toting their scary mallets — for now. We’ll continue to monitor the clock’s operations and we’ll be sleeping with one eye open (for the foreseeable future) — or just until we feel certain we’ve crossed back over from THE TWILIGHT ZONE!
